“The experience was wonderful. I loved building my own personlized signet rings from scratch. They were helpful and thoughtful. The staff was very patient with me even when i changed my mind a million times. 10/10 would recommend and i will def be using them in the future. :)”

“I am a huge fan of Custom Made and very picky about jewelry - so this is perfect! The process is so easy and everyone is so patient. I got several versions of my ideas to choose from until i was 100% satisfied that my vision came to life. I really appreciate the accurate cost estimates and transparency too. Everyone does a really good job of keeping your vision within your budget, even if it means using different materials or widths. BUT they will not sacrifice the integrity of the project so that you still get a quality product. I LOVE CUSTOM MADE. ❤️”

“Here's my take on the CustomMade experience: - I was minutes away from pulling the trigger on buying a ring from a different company after spending a lonnnng time really thinking seriously about what to choose and collaborating with my partner. During the checkout process I paused and decided to do a little more digging with customer reviews, and I was shocked to see what I found. I'll spare the specifics, but you know it's bad when there's multiple complaints with the Better Business Bureau. They certainly had me fooled until seeing that. - Whelp, hard stop on that plan. Now what? Back to the drawing board I guess. In the last place I thought would be helpful, I was reading through Reddit comments with people being brutally honest about their experiences with said company, and others chiming in with their recommendations / positive experiences. The one place that was unanimously agreed upon with positive reviews was CustomMade. Alright, curiosity has been piqued. - I pulled the photos from the previous ring I was about to buy and started the process out of curiosity here, and what came next was absolutely wonderful. This has truly been a one of a kind experience that just exudes professionalism and genuine care / respect from start to finish. I can't imagine I made this super easy for ya'll with my multitude of delays and radio silence from time to time. Despite my hiccups, ya'll just kept with it, and I can not thank you enough. When the ring was out for delivery I thought it was just going to be the ring in a box and that's it, I had no idea it would be a full kit. I was cracking up at the "proposal survival kit" haha. All in all, this was a solid 11/10 experience that I can not recommend enough. I hope all of you get a raise. Who can I talk to to make that happen haha. I'll pull a reverse Karen of "let me speak to your manager, these people NEED recognition and a raise".”

“My wife lost her necklace I gave her when we first met. With only a few very blurry images I had of the origional necklace, CustomMade was able to make a perfect (actually greatly improved by using real stones) replica of the lost necklace and it looks incredible! My wife won't be home for a few more months and doesn't know about the necklace yet but I know how deeply she cared about it and I'm positive it will bring tears to her eyes when she sees it. I can assure you to they could make whatever you needed. Very skilled craftsman.”

“Everything with CustomMade was absolutely phenomenal from start to finish. We decided on a triple stack ring for our engagement, wedding, and 1 year anniversary. We started off not having a clue how we wanted the rings to look which was not a problem at all! CustomMade has an experienced team of designers to help you through the process of creating a ring from scratch and making it a reality. The process took me much less time than anticipated; most people told me that making a ring from scratch would take about 6-8 months to complete, CustomMade had it designed, casted, and shipped in just 4 months. All 3 rings are absolutely gorgeous and we could not be happier! I highly suggest choosing CustomMade to help you make a ring that is special and will last a lifetime.”
