“The CustomMade team is amazing. Customer service is there for you any time you need from the moment you begin your project with them until even after delivery to make sure you’re satisfied! They are truly creative professionals who are willing to help you make your ideas come to life. It doesn’t matter if you have your own designs or not, their design team will provide you sketches of your idea and offer alterations until you’re satisfied. Personally, I barely knew where to begin but their team worked with me to find something that fit the style I was going for! The updates they provide through each stage of development was truly exciting. They are so positive and really care about their work. The quality of the final product and the excellent customer service truly make the price worth every penny. (And it wasn’t even as much as I expected!) Taking the time to have a custom piece of jewelry made will really make sure it holds special sentimental value and remains a family heirloom for a long time. CustomMade delivers!”

“It was a good experience. I was brought through and informed about the process and status for the ring during the entirety. They were very helpful with giving me all the information I needed to design and get the ring I wanted. The ring itself turned out very pretty, and both me and my now fiancé are very pleased with both the looks and quality of the ring.”

“The process of picking up on the second half of the project was awesome. It was as if I hadn’t even stopped working with the team. The product, wedding band, was flawless and beautiful. My wife was filled with joy when she received the ring. She absolutely loved it.”

“The custom made staff were very helpful and accommodating in creating the perfect custom ring for my husband. They even used a gem not typically used in the style of ring made (opal, wedding band). The ring looks amazing and my husband loves it!”

“The process was smooth and when/if the time comes I require another ring I cannot recommend Custom Made enough. I made a huge mistake during the making process of the engagement ring and I'm glad I brought it up cause the group I was working with were quick and considerate to help fix it! 10000/10”

“My fiancee and I got both of our rings through CustomMade. They were INCREDIBLE! Our rings our so unique - I constantly get people asking to see it up close. The process was smooth and they made it easy to make changes if needed. I do wish they had payment plans instead of paying half up front, though. Otherwise, 5 star experience!”

“Each team member that I worked with was respectful and understanding of what I wanted in terms of timeline and ring design. They were very accomodating in letting me see results for different choices (color, style, etc...) and for any changes that I made to the ring design. They also stayed true to their projected finish and delivery date. The rings are beautiful and I could not be more happy!”

“At first, I wasn’t not sure if I wanted to purchase an engagement ring on line, but after the prompt communication, professional manner and their amazing ideas, it snowballed into me trusting that I was in good hands. From the first sketch to dealing with a diamond expert, 3D modelings and my final product made this purchase an amazing experience. I would definitely recommend and tell a friend. I will definitely use them again for any custom made pieces.”
