“Custom Made did a fantastic job of bringing my vision for an engagement ring to life. Every step, from concept art, to CAD renders, to gem selection, all the way to final production - I felt cared for and valued. They went above and beyond to ensure that I got the ring my fiancée deserved, one totally unique for her. “My experience with CustomMade was great! Going into the process there was a lot I didn’t know, about the CustomMade process and rings in general, every question I had throughout the process was answered. They happily revised sketches and 3D renderings when I wasn’t satisfied with the first set. Their communication throughout the process was great, evening during the casting and physical creation of the ring they gave me regular updates on how far along my ring was. When I received the ring in the mail it came with a “Proposal Survival Kit” which contained a notecard and pencil for writing down your speech, tissues, a few breath mint, a polishing cloth for the ring, and a few other helpful items. Over all they did a fantastic job, both in the creation of the ring and in customer service, the survival kit, while a small detail just goes to show the thought and care that they put into their process.”

“Custommade is great! I've had two jewelry pieces designed and made through them, and bothe the creation process and pieces themselves were awsome. One piece was a signet ring, and the other was an engagement ring for my now lovely fiancée. With both pieces they were willing work with me and redesign as I was trying to bring my vision to life, and they did bring them to life, very much so. I would highly recommend Custommade to anyone who is looking for custom jewelry!”

“I couldn't be more happy with how everything went in the ring buying process. Everyone along the way was very prompt and helpful from the design stage to the finished process. I wasn't sure if I wouldn't even like the designs, but after the first one sent, they gave me a great idea, I made a small change, and the ring came out amazing. My financee is absolutely in love with the ring, and honestly was better priced than I found at any jewlery stores, and was able to add a personal touch.”

“Making a custom ring for my fiancé was an amazing amount of fun! Every team member I spoke to was professional, patient, knowledgeable and friendly. I was sincerely impressed with how quickly the process went, even if I changed my mind or deviated a bit from the original design. The artists are so talented; they 100% brought my vision to life. The ring is one-of-kind, extremely personal, and that's exactly what I wanted for my future husband. He loves it so much. Beyond satisfied! All five stars! So happy!!”

“I had a fantastic experience with CustomMade! Knowledgable, friendly, supportive, patient, and were enthusiastic when I changed plans and provided my own family diamond. The team I worked with was highly responsive and helped me translate vague preference into specific design specs. The process (including billing) was exceptionally clear as well. The team even helped with finding ring insurance as well. The ring itself is gorgeous- exactly what I was going for. My fiancee absolutely loves it, and we're concerned that we're making our friends jealous! Can't recommend highly enough!”

“Recently I had to duplicate of a piece of jewelry that was lost. After going back and forth with a local jeweler that expected me to know everything about settings, stones, and everything else about jewelry, I gave up on them. Then I called a few other jewelers I found online and they wouldn't do business with me unless I myself was a jeweler. I wanted them to just look at a picture and just make it happen. So then I found this website and I created an account at https://www.custommade.com/ The only thing I had was a picture, they were able to replicate the piece AND made it sooooo easy. They were also able to make paying for it really flexible. HIGHLY recommended this place if there is something specific you are looking to get or if you want to design something yourself.”
