“CustomMade is a very unique ring making site. They have staff available at a moments notice who do their all to make sure that the ring you wanna give to your significant other is what you envision and nothing less. They freely work around your budget and your ideas in order to make your ideal ring become a reality. Most importantly they are a patient company they don't require you respond/pay right away. They work at your pace and won't send any emails that are more than necessary. Also as a heads up they do send a whole proposal kit with the ring which I had no idea about when I bought it. But I severely recommend this site for anyone wanting to propose to their significant other because the team will help you create a one in a million ring just her him/her.”

“The overall experience with Custom Made was great. I submitted the initial inquiry in January and received the ring about three months later. There were a couple of issues during the casting and gem sourcing but I was notified of them and always given updates throughout the process. Communication was excellent. The product itself looked exactly as I wanted and the price was reasonable as well.”

“CustomMade was fantastic. I knew nothing about ring shopping when I set out to buy the engagement ring. I stumbled upon CustomMade, did some research, and hesitantly decided to give it a try. Their team was so helpful, encouraging, and available. They answered any questions I had and were more than willing to make adjustments as the process went on. They never made it feel like I was asking for too much or too often. The specialists were helpful, gave me great options within my price range, and all of the projected dates they gave me were accurate. On my particular ring, they ended up messing up the band. They noticed it before placing the diamond on it, told me that there had been a hiccup, and expedited my order to make a new ring to ensure that it was done correctly. The ring turned out perfectly and it's exactly what I imagined.”

“Getting jewelry custom made is time consuming and laborious, however, the team at CustomMade was fantastic. The process was organized, straight forward and the staff were very helpful. The finished piece was exactly as I envisioned and it was very rewarding to see it come to life. It’s art. 10/10 in my opinion.”

“I had a wedding band created. The project contact kept me updated constantly on the status of the work. He let me know up front what steps there would be, and when they would happen. When there was an unavoidable issue, he let me know promptly. I requested several changes during the design phase, and they were all graciously accepted. The process was not quick, but it was not unreasonably long, and since I was always made aware of the status of the work, it never felt like it was taking forever. Ultimately, I got a lovely wedding band, that I love!”

“Mr. Wilson, I would like to start with a thanks to you and your team for a beautiful piece. It’s exactly how I hoped it would be. I have been reluctant to respond but I believe that this will help you in your future clients. Things I believe that would bring more of an exciting experience for people would be progress photos through the process. That’s the biggest part of having something custom made, without it, it’s just another ring off the shelf. I was constantly told that no pictures can be taken through the process. To be honest, I thought the whole thing was a scam. As a business owner of some thirty years, I’ve seen my share of scams and that’s how I felt with the front-end of the process. I wish you and your company success in the future. Jeff”

“They helped me make my dream a reality. Every single person I met with throughout the process was incredibly transparent, helpful and kind. They explained every step and were always willing to adjust something or answer any questions I had. And the ending product was even more stunning than I had imagined. I gave them a picture of a fictional ring to replicate, and they did it so well that it easily outclassed any prop. I'm so thankful I found this place, and hope that they can continue to give everyone else the jewels of their dreams.”
