“I had a wildly specific design for my wife’s ring in mind. I got the 12 stones from the Bible describing the “New Jerusalem” put into a band. It’s a beautiful display of color and the jewelers were fantastic in helping me set it up and made it perfect. The cost was very reasonable given the customization I was doing. With the economy as it is (and AI doing fake reviews) I can genuinely say that this was an absolutely fantastic process. The person I dealt with, Emily, was an absolute rock star. I started the process in the first week of June and my wife had her new ring in early August. They walk you through every step of the way and tell you about the whole casting process, 3D design, jewel cutting, all of it.”

“CustomMade first created my fiancée’s engagement ring. It’s a beautiful hand shaped moss agate stone accented by 2 moissanites. She LOVED it. We proceeded to get our wedding bands from here too and we were blown away! Our vision was perfectly executed and they have even more personal meaning. “I wanted a unique design for an engagement ring. It's small size 5.5 so I wasn't sure how it would come out. Well it is so much more beautiful than I could have imagined. The team there was so helpful that I can't say enough. They even agreed to send it to me at a different address because I was moving. So approximately 3 day after I asked the to send it, it arrived, it had evey certification you could want the diamond, the ring, everything. So I thank the team for all there support and help I received during this process.”

“I ordered a wedding ring for my fiancé and he is absolutely in love with it. It turned out amazing. The customer service was great. They were truly very patient with us because we didn’t have the funds right away so we had to put the project on pause for a little while but once we were able to get it going, it was like the process was never stopped and we were able to pick up right where we left off!”

“CustomMade designed and made a signet ring based on a family crest. Throughout the preproduction, production and postproduction processes, I was impressed with the updates I received and the attention to detail in the messages and accompanying renderings/photos. When the ring arrived, I spotted a tiny flaw and needed the piece resized. The company handled those issues professionally and promptly. I am delighted with my purchase!”

“I’ve worked with custom made on three different signet ring projects and all of them turned out great. These guys know what they’re doing. Although, I will say that there is somewhat of a disconnect in the design process. It’s almost as if you as the customer are helping the designer shape the ring and not the other way around. I would expect a jewelry designer to make suggestions based on their knowledge and experience, and not just say “I think it looks great” every time a revision is made. The costumer service is great. The final product is great. The design process is lacking. But overall custom made is a great choice for a unique piece of well crafted jewelry.”
