“I stumbled across this business not on purpose but definitely worth it the experience of dreaming a creation and seeing the process of it being made truly was amazing I admire my ring everytime I see it and the team was excellent at making sure I was satisfied at every step they even highly encouraged me to get the free sized even though I knew my ring size it was a little small and I definitely would of needed a bigger size had I ignored they’re advice thank you so much for creating my dream ring and making it such a peaceful experience:)”

“This was my first time using this service, which I found online, and was very pleased with the amount of communication I had with designer and production team. They were friendly easy to talk to and very willing to answer any questions if I had any. I felt as though I was talking with a friend which gave me a sense of security throughout the process, a security that is hard to find these days when navigating online services. When creating something for someone special this is the kind of communication you want. Giving you the opportunity to create something as personal and original as the moment that you are celebrating.”

“Thank you CustomMade! I didn’t know what kind of proposal ring I wanted to get my significant other. CustomMade made it easy by coming up with some ideas based on my girlfriend’s interests. They showed me a sketch which I loved at first, but I decided to change later. They had no problems with that and were more than happy to help. They will work with you until you love the piece and are 100% sure of it. The staff of CustomMade are super friendly and very helpful. It was a great experience and I’ve already recommended them to some of my friends and family.”

“Smooth and fast! The designing process was easy and everyone I worked with was extremely accommodating and responsive. End result was beautiful! The person who I gave the ring to wears it everyday. Quality is top notch. I would definitely order from Custom Made again. Excuse the slight wear and tear on the ring in the picture; he wears the ring literally every day and skates in it so the ring came into contact with pavement when falling off the skateboard.”

“CustomMade allowed my fiancé to design the ring of her dreams before I took over the project. This cut out the guesswork and stress of designing the perfect ring. Even when Affirm denied me assistance and the center stone hiked in price by 500$. CustomMade was patient and waited with me through the months until I found the funds.”

“I just completed my second project with CustomMade. Both have been great experiences — the first was a medallion and necklace of a family crest. The designer was able to blend two style examples i had into one delightful piece. The second was a ring, that started out as a drawing, then i used AI to modify, and from there the CM team made it real. It's amazing what you can make happen with CustomMade.”

“The main thing I wanted in an engagement ring was symbolic meaning. I wanted a piece that would not only be beautiful, but also special to my partner and our relationship. CustomMade made it really easy to create a unique ring using designs that were personally meaningful to us. Everyone involved in my project was very friendly and knowledgeable. They answered my questions promptly, guided me through the design process and kept me updated at every step. In the end we came up with a piece that included the design elements I wanted and also achieved the aesthetic I was looking for. They were also transparent about the pricing, which was very reasonable. I received the ring well within the timeframe I needed (I reached out to them a few months in advance), and it looks exactly as I expected. I’d come back to them if I ever want another unique piece of jewelry.”
