“I actually had no idea what I was getting myself into when I started designing my own ring for my future fiancé. I googled for custom designs and decided to click on CustomMade. In my experience, it started very quickly and I was in control over the entire period, they gave me multiple different options at each point and responses were quick and informative. I never really felt overwhelmed during the process and Im very happy with how my ring and my experience turned out. I would totally use this team again if I ever needed to. 5/5”

“I loved the process of going through the design and production stages of my engagement ring. CustomMade made every step very easy and explained everything very well. From design to the finished product, it really was smooth sailing even with my few extra requests and late changes. Thank you guys, your service is amazing! The only thing I would recommend for future buyers is to check the customs and duty fees prior to ordering as I was a bit surprised how much it was...”

“Let me start this review by saying that my experience in working with CustomMade was nothing short of amazing. From the initial consultation to the final reveal, every step of the process was an absolute delight. I had a very specific look and vibe that I wanted for my engagement ring (something not so traditional) and the designers I worked with were so excited and happy to work with me on it. They took the time to get to know me, my preferences, style choices and were able to turn my vision into an absolutely breathtaking reality. The entire team was amazing at keeping me updated at every stage of the process and they were always quick to reply to my questions or concerns. They worked hard at making sure my ring was everything I had wanted it to be and the result was having a ring that I am so excited to wear for the rest of my life and one that will hopefully become an heirloom for generations to come.
