“CustomMade was very helpful in desinging a ring. They took my reference photos and changes in stride with the entire design process, even altering designs mid process to add elements. “I am a younger male (33yrs) and when your making such a massive decision like an engagement ring you want people to help guide you and provide some insight so you feel confident in your wedding ring. This is what the people at custommade.com do. My girlfriend isn't someone that likes diamonds so trying to find a piece that you can be happy with at a brick and mortar store is like finding a needle in a haystack. The people I worked with on my ring helped me and made a 1 of a kind ring that is bound to surprise and impress my girlfriend. I can't recommend custommade more, honestly.”

“From the beginning of the process to the very end CustomeMade was always there to help and answer any questions I had. CustomMade truly helped me create a beautiful engagement ring for my boyfriend. I wish I had pictures to add, but at this time, I haven't popped the questions yet; I will soon, though! Not only did the ring exceed my expectations, but the packaging was top-notch. I loved the tissues for "happy tears," the mints, and the little note cards to take pictures with. Overall the experience from CustomMade was fantastic, and I cannot wait until I come back to get my wedding ring!”

“At first I was skeptical of having an engagement ring custom made online but I’m happy to say I was quickly impressed and reassured by this company’s reputation. Along with their very kind and professional demeanor they also have exceptional artists, jewelers, and craftsmen. I never once felt left out of the process and was able to ask for modifications without any pushback or protest. It was a breath of fresh air and I’m beyond elated with how the engagement ring turned out.”

“From the moment I started the design process everyone I was in contact with at custom made was very thorough and patient with my ring and the design. They always reached back out when they said they would and my ring my was delivered on time. I could not recommend this company anymore than I do.”

“At the beginning of this journey, I set out to make a promise ring for someone I cared deeply for. It turned into a pair of promise rings, one for me as well, so that I would always remember my promise. I had the rings inscribed with the date of our baptism, which was a big step toward change in both of our lives. My design for the rings was, in my opinion, a little complicated, utilizing two different metal colors. The team at Custom Made was wonderful at making the process smooth and communicative, and they beautifully brought my ideas for the rings to life. It turned out better than I had imagined, and I’m so thankful! Because of their wonderful work, we decided to have the rings be our engagement rings. I couldn’t be happier that I chose Custom Made for this important and meaningful project. They are the best!”

“I’m pleased with the outcome of the project for my engagement ring and then the finished product of my wedding band being designed and fused to my engagement ring. It had to be tweaked a couple of times to get what I wanted, but your team was patient with me and did what I requested.
