“The service and attention I recieved were excellent. I submitted a rather difficult and detailed design for the face of my signet ring and the Custom Made team didn't hesitate. They walked me through the entire process, and even owned up to a casting error which I never would have known about had they not chosen to share it. Transparency and honesty throughout the process. It took a couple of months to recieve the finished product and I'm very happy with the results.”

“The whole process is very simple and efficient, it took us about 1 month the get the ring done. The team service and communication is impeccable. They ensure everything is perfect and able to shipped it to me in Singapore fast and safely. Overall i really thankful for helping me create the perfect ring ! :)”

“I am beyond thrilled by my experience with CustomMade. The ring I had made for my fiance came out beautifully, and it was done at a very reasonable price. Being able to have such a personal piece that is also extremely high quality is just amazing. But even more than that, the care and consideration I received from everyone I had contact with during the process was phenomenal. They were all kind and quick to respond. “Incredible experience. The entire process was super smooth with all representatives and the end product was literal perfection. They where extremely receptive to my initial and only revision of the design and executed it flawlessly. The person who received the gift is absolutely pleased and hasn't taken it off since. Definitely recommend and I'll be back if I need any other custom jewelry. 12/10”

“Custom Made is my only choice for jewelry!! Especially for one of a kind pieces! They're team is effortless to work with,and the quality of the work is phenomenal!!! “I had a good experience with CustomMade. They created the perfect ring for our engagement. The process was pretty streamlined, everyone I communicated with was quick to get back to me, I was provided with additional material options and designs and am very happy with what we arrived at. Shipping was quick, but there was an issue with the delivery (that's a UPS issue though, not a CustomMade one).”

“*** DON'T BE PUT OFF IF YOU'RE FROM A COUNTRY OTHER THAN THE USA *** I came across these guys almost by accident and decided to give them a go designing an engagement ring for my partner. I was a little apprehensive being from Australia and this company being based in the US, but I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Rather than an automated customisation setup like most jewellers I found had, these guys will talk back and forth with you to help customise your concept from a sketch all the way through 3D design to the final product, and I have to say the end result was even better than what I'd dreamt up. 11/10, highly recommend, fantastic value for money, great communication, and it was shipped to me on the day they'd promised it to me by despite me having multiple alterations and then quality control picking up a minor issue which they advised of and resolved. THANK YOU!”

“CustomMade did a wonderful job creating my piece. It is even more beautiful in person than in the photos they sent before shipping. I could not be more happy with the finished product. My husband was so excited when it came he had to show me. It’s beyond perfect. I wanted a nature inspired piece complete with vines and leaves. They delivered! The mixed metal design is beautiful. I get so many compliments on it and I’ve only had it two weeks.”

“Custommade was recommended to me from a friend of my fiancé. Through every step of the process, all the employees were amazing!! From the beautiful designs they presented me, the excellent and reliable communication, the efficiency of making the ring, and throughout the whole delivery process, they were nothing but extremely helpful and accommodative. “Fantastic customer service and an even better product. It was wonderful working with them and the clear and consistent communication really did make the processs smooth and easy. The designs were all fantastic and everything that was asked for was worked out and implimented wonderfully. The ring came out beautifully and me and my partner could not be more happy with it.
