“The CustomMade team works persistently to get your piece looking exactly how you want it, even if you’re not totally sure what you want at first. Being able to purchase and create something so important online might feel like a risk, but it doesn’t take long to know you’re in good hands with this company. They want it perfect, just like you. Their process is highly communicative and flexible, I cannot recommend them enough. My wife and I were both so happy with our engagement rings and wedding bands, we’re going to love them forever!”

“Custom Made has made my engagement ring buying experience very easy and delightful. All of my questions were answered when I asked and it's exciting to receive updates every step of the way. I started my project off with just a random picture my girlfriend found on the internet and Custom Made gave me every option I needed in terms of materials and stones. They narrowed down the diamonds that I wanted and made sure to give me the documentation along with them. My design process went through a lot of changes and everything I wanted to adjust they adjusted in the sketches and computer designs. There was a point where I needed to put a pause on my project for a week and they were able to pause it and resume the project exactly when I wanted. The response time from everyone that I was communicating with through the chat was relatively quick and everyone was very nice over the chat. I would recommend them to anyone looking for any custom jewelry.”

“CustomMade was a wonderful experience. I went in knowing little-to-nothing about the process of having a ring made and came out on the other side with a beautiful ring and VERY satisfied fiancè! Each member of the group I spoke with throughout the process was patient, understanding and very willing to work with any requests I made and encouraged creativity all the while. Quite frankly, it was a memorable experience and I will %100 use them again! Thank you!!”

“CustomMade was my first choice in trying to find a custom engagement ring. And to be honest I didn’t spend much time “shopping around.” I found them on a whim and they exceeded every expectation! From the beginning of the process, filling out a short survey of what I was wanting to the final shots of the finished product, I was in constant communication with their associates. They were so kind and supportive, and seemed genuinely excited to work on my project. I seriously could not recommend them enough! Oh, and my finished project was fabulous, and it looks absolutely beautiful on my new fiancé. Thank you CustomMade!!”

“Was looking to get something special for my now fiancé as I didn't want to buy her a generic ring. Luckily came across custom made with a Google search and reached out to get more info. Whole staff was very responsive and friendly, the entire process was probably one of the easiest and most pleasant experiences I've had with a business. They worked with me after I found my own stone and helped create a gorgeous engagement and wedding band set. Price was more than fair and just all around great people. Fiancé loved the rings”

“My experience was absolutely tops! I know next to nothing about jewelry but the CustomMade team made me feel so comfortable and at home. They were patient and knowledgeable and walked me through all my questions no matter the time it took. I ended up with the ring of my and my fiancé's dreams! It is classic, personal, elegant, and stunning. It catches the attention but also has so many little details to look for. My fiancé has gotten dozens and dozens of compliments on it. And the price was unbeatable, I have no doubt if I had gone to a regular jeweler I would have gotten something at a higher price, much less personal, and would not have had nearly the same amount of dedicated time and effort. The expertise, quality, options, and cost cannot be beat at CustomMade. I cannot recommend them highly enough they have helped make the best memory of my life.”
