“Excellent quality and customer service! I gave them 2 pictures of my family crests, and they created a one of a kind product. After 3D modeling and working with me to get the perfect size and shape, in just about a couple of months, they shipped me the perfect product. I’ll never take it off!”

“My experience? Stressful… Hiding messages, speaking to my fiancé’s mum secretly, figuring out what my fiancé wanted from random info she’s given over the years… that was stressful. You know what was NOT stressful? Working with custom made. 10 months, countless designs, a million “sorry can I change it?”s from me, and custom made was still exceptional. I changed my design over and over again—not because it didn’t look right (the designs were spot on every time), it was because I kept changing my mind! Yet, Chermalyn, Nikki, and the other staff and designers were always understanding, patient, and professional. I even went as far as getting the ring made and polished, but I started doubting myself! I went back to the drawing board and for no extra fees they came up with a new design. Again, they had plucked the image right out my mind… this time it was perfect all thanks to the team at custom made! Dainty, pretty, subtle, and yet gorgeous, just what I wanted! If from the start, I knew what I wanted, then it wouldn’t have taken 10 months but custom made guided me through the process and made me and my fiancé VERY happy.”

“I custom designed my ring from the ground up and the team were very helpful, kind, and professional. Each step of the process brought in a new person who specialized in that particular aspect. They received my critiques and changes well. Near the end of the process i did have a little bit of time in between responses as the actual making of the ring took a little longer than expected. All in all though i would recommend this company for anybody wanting to create a custom ring”

“They did great work and are very trust worthy, I requested my ring be made back in 2021 and decided I wasn't ready just yet to ask and they kept the ring on hold for 2 years for me unitll I was ready! Now it's 2023 and she said yes!!!!”

“Custom made really made this an easy process for me and was willing to help me out by putting my order on hold while I collected the money for engagement ring I created. I originally only went on their website to get an inquiry about how much it would cost. After the initial drawings came out, they captured exactly what I was trying to create and began the process for me. They were really patient with me adding and subtracting details for the first few sketches. I really love the ring they sent me! 10 out of 10 review!!! I really have to say Thank you to all of the team members involved in producing this ring!!”
