“Custom made was absolutely amazing throughout the whole process! They kept me updated weekly and showed me pictures of my designs and I always able to choose the best option I loved. Affordable and friendly. I had the perfect vision of this blue jay piece I had gotten for my girlfriend and they truly brought it to life to the exact detail. I love custom made, and will be choosing them again for my future pieces!”

“Absolutely incredible work…it takes time to create a memorable keepsake and CustomMade really takes the time to create what you want…i even had a slight issue with a part of my order and they took it back, no questions…they made a slight alteration and had it back a week later…in an age of dying customer service, CustomMade really strives to make it right for YOU. would recommend to anyone and love the piece they made for me…thank you CustomMade!”

“I am so happy I found CustomMade.com! I have had a ring design in my mind for a long time and approached several goldsmiths who were simply not interested in creating a one off custom piece. I trawled Google and couldn’t believe it when I came across these guys. Sounded too good to be true, and I admit I was sceptical. But let me tell you, they are simply amazing. From talking you through the design process, to regular updates throughout production and finishing they are so helpful and the 3D mock ups give you a great impression of how your design will look. Simply wish I had discovered them sooner. If you want to make a custom ring, even if you have a vague design in your mind, they can bring it to life for you.”

“It was amazing! I was far from easy when it came to letting them know how many changes and updates I needed to make a one of a king peice that my partner would love and they never once made it difficult. They were extremely helpful offering their expertise and advice when I didn’t quite know what to do and they made it a very collaborative and stress free experience. They also helped me with staying in my budget but still turning out an exquisite piece of jewelry. I would definitely recommend them for your custom jewelry needs.”

“I was hesistant at first, being that this is a company not in my country and the whole process was online.However, the team I dealt with was extremely helpful, and even when I thought I was making too many changes and requests they assured me it was a good thing, so I could make the perfect ring for my now fiancee.It took alot of planning and fine tuning, but the team was with me every step of the way. Truly a great experience. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a very custom piece. Every part of my fiancees ring started as drawings and thoughts in my head. CustomMade made it a reality. The ring was perfect and my fiancee is over the moon for it. Much thanks!”

“Here is the problem I encountered. My intention was/is to purchase four same rings, different sizes for my three sons. I received my ring but it was undersized and did not have 14k engraved underneath. The problem is this. Your customers must use your ring sizing kit because the kit sizes differ from the traditional jeweler's tool. My finger measured 9 at the jeweler. But, using your 'blue finger kit' my finger uses a 10. My ring needs to be returned for re-sizing. I have requested a 'kit' to be sent to my sons for sizing and that way we are all on the same page.
