“Obviously the necklace i got was quite expensive for what I got, and etsy shops tend to be cheaper (provided you find someone who both understands and is able to create your design), but the quality and communication of CustomMade was very pleasing. The images they provided prior to production were high quality and exactly what I had wanted, they were very keen on making sure I was satisfied. The final product was very accurate and quite well made. Not a single blemish or production mark on the pendant. The lead time was also significant, but not nearly as long as I expected. Overall, I do recommend them for specific jewellery requests that are hard to realize in a store or through a small vendor. They were reliable, personable, and professional.”

“From start to finish i had the most amazing experience! Unsure about a few things, as this is all new to me, I was helped all the way through the process. Amazing response times! Amazing results! “The initial screener/tests were helpful to create a guide for what I was looking for in a ring. I appreciated the various options given to me by the screener to focus on where I was in the process (i.e. looking at various stones, figuring out designs, pricing, examples). Once I was matched with Emily, she went above and beyond to present a clear timeline for the ring-making process and pricing structure. She also worked with me to create a custom roadmap based on my requested deadline, factoring in estimates for the center stone and shipping costs. Our process was a bit unconventional since I was providing a design from a third-party artist rather than working with CustomMade’s design team. Emily was incredibly understanding and flexible with our deadlines, knowing that the completion of the design was dependent on when the artist finished the drawings. She also made great use of our limited time by helping me select the perfect stones for the center and accent stones. Emily provided helpful infographics and real-world examples of completed rings in various lighting to help me make an informed decision. What stood out most to me during this process was Emily’s honesty regarding the pricing, durability, and aesthetic of the stones. She never pushed for the most expensive options, but instead focused on finding stones and metals (from 10k to 18k gold) that best matched my vision and budget. Though we encountered a few challenges on my end—Emily remained adaptable and proactive, adjusting key dates as needed and offering various shipping options (domestic and international). I also appreciated her prompt communication; she was always quick to respond to my questions and ensured we were aligned on all details. Her deep knowledge and attention to detail made the entire process smooth and reassuring. My biggest concern initially was whether I could bring my intricate custom design to life, but Emily and the team at CustomMade were more than willing to make necessary CAD revisions to ensure I was completely satisfied with the final design. Anna took over the production phase and was just as communicative, providing constant updates and sharing behind-the-scenes insights into the creation process. She also played a key role in ensuring the safe shipping of the ring, especially given my international travel plans. Though I ultimately didn’t have the ring shipped internationally, I felt reassured knowing Anna had taken every precaution to guarantee its safe delivery. In the end, both Emily and Anna worked together seamlessly to deliver a custom piece that met all my expectations, despite the various challenges along the way. I highly recommend working with them—thanks to their dedication and care, they’ve earned a lifelong customer!”

“CustomMade KNOCKED IT OUT OF THE PARK. I was skeptical at first, since I found them online without a reference. However, the lopsided ratio of 5-star to low-star ratings won me over, and they have earned 5-stars from me too. From design to delivery, they were excellent in every way. They are responsive, professional, friendly, meticulous, creative, and thorough. And she LOVES it. (Helpful tip, get her sister or her best friend to be your double agent.) CustomMade made a perfect ring for her based on the material I sent her, and they even delivered it early! I will recommend them to every hopeful boyfriend.”

“I worked with CustomMade to design a ring for my fianceé - it was a dream to work with them and they in turn created a dream ring. They made this once in a lifetime moment feel special with their tailored care, encyclopedic knowledge of jewelry, and enthusaism in making sure they would create a showstopping ring. The final product you see below was the very first design they sent me. “Honestly, what i wanted wasn't an easy thing to find, and to find someone you can trust, that is exponentially more difficult. I am grateful to have been led to CustomMade.com. My project turned out better than i imagined. The process was effortless and much faster than anticipated (i got my custom ring 2.5 weeks early). The design, put to 3d and shown for approval before the manufacturing process kicks in. Photos every step of the way. They even offer to make adjustments after you get your order if not fully satisfied - I wouldn't know how that part works as i am over the moon with how mine turned out. Bottom line, for a guy who has never done something like this and was nervous, my experience with CustomMade.com turned my nervousness into confidence and excitement. I Fully recommend them to EVERYONE.”

“I was extremely hesitant when beginning this process online but all rings in stores just didn't excite me. Being in rural Canada, my options are limited and finances are tight - but CustomMade was so accomodating to me, my budget, and the horrible conversion rate from USD to CAD. CM made it so easy. I was actually shocked at how promptly I was responded to, and how personalized each interaction was. While they were obviously organized and in control, I certainly felt like I was in charge (as it should feel when doing this process!). They ACTUALLY weren't satisfifed until I was estatic about the ring design, gem stone, etc.”
