“From start to finish Custom Made have gone out of their way to ensure I was comfortable and happy with the product they were giving me. Every step of the way their staff were knowledgeable and professional and importantly very patient with me as I changed my mind and added more details as the project progressed. Ultimately what I recieved was a beautiful custom engagement ring that was better than what I asked for and completely one of a kind. I was given information about the process of creation through every step and advised if there were any issues immediatly so I could make decisions on what to do. Whenever I noticed something I wanted changed I was never made to feel like a problem and was always treated with kindness and respect throughout the entire process. I honestly couldnt have had a better experience and the final outcome was just spectacular. Could not be more happy with Custom Made and could not recommend them more highly. Special thanks to Abby, Irene, Kash, and Matt for all their efforts throughout the process and the wonderful engagement ring they created for me.”

“I'm so overwhelmingly impressed and happy with Custommades work. They were extremely patient with me changing plans, revised things as needed, put effort into every detail down the to what type of diamonds would be best. And best of all they worked with my tight budget! My fiancé cried (which is rare for her) seeing the ring which made me so happy to see her in love with it. I also appreciated the frequent updates, including the details of the whole process. “Had a custom wedding band made for my husband to be. He loves the band! They were able to take aspects from multiple other bands he had liked, and combine it into one. Quality is great, the finish is great and the whole process was quite easy! Being able to write back and forth and having everything in one spot was great. Shipping was very fast for me to get to Canada! It was only 2 days to get here and we love that!”

“I was browsing the internet to find a unique looking ring for my husband when I found this website. What a find!! We, their expertise and my ideas, created a ring that will be an heirloom in my family. Each stage of the process was explained as they tweaked the design based on my input. Each person I spoke with was professional and kept me updated so I never wondered what was happening. The turnaround time was surprising short; I found an option in my price range; but the experience of being part of the creation was so interesting and made the piece that much more special. If you're looking for that one-of-a-kind ring, then give CustomMade a try. It was a fun experience!!”
