“My experience with Custom Made was about as good as I could have expected. Service was responsive and informative. The process was simple and seamless. The final product was better than I thought it could possibly be going into this and my fiance was floored by the craftsmanship. There was not one thing I asked for that they couldn't do. I will sing the praises of Custom Made every chance I get.”

“The staff is very kind, quick to respond, and truly want to ensure each ring's design is the best that it can be, both in quality, and aesthetic design, to match each couple's story. They will not only make the ring, but inform you how their process works, and how each ring is made. The pricing is not cheap, but it is reasonable and fair (but hey, it is custom after all). The staff will work with you to not only design the best ring, but to ensure the best quality diamonds and metals are used for each couple's price range. I was made an amazing ring, and I can't think of anything that would make it better (and I was even on the cheaper side of budgets)!”

“Hello my name is James A. I wanted to let everyone know the Custom Made is the absolute best company for anything custom jewelry made. I had a gorgeous large multi gold and diamond/ gemstone pendant made and the communication was on point. The longest time I waited for a response was less than 12 hours at any given point. Holiday or weekend. They are amazing. The piece came out more beautiful than I even imagined and that is even more impressive. I am no doubt using them for all my future projects of jewelry and my family’s as well. I recommend them to everyone. I will actually be creating a ring that I want them to make in the very near future. Can’t wait to write another amazing review about them. They are the best in the business by a long shot. I used another company before I found them and I will never go back to them. There would be 3-4 days where I wouldn’t even get a message back during the week. Custom Made is by far the best of the best.”

“After finally asking she said yes. The ring really made it extra special. The work that the team at custommade.com did was brilliant and she loves all the details they helped me put into the rings design. Throughout the whole process every member made sure everything was perfect even to the point of remaking the ring as the gem was not the right colour. I could not have asked for a better ring for this special moment in my life. Thank you everyone at custommade.com”

“When I first started the process, I was hesitant about how it works and how much it would cost me… But then I was introduced to this amazing team of professionals! They have a design expert who really makes your dream ring come to life! The 3D model is honestly almost spot on. Then the diamond expert will find the best diamond at the most reasonable price. Then once your ring is done, shipping is the fastest and you will have it within a day (depending on your location and day of the week of course). Really all I’m trying to say is this is the best company out there that can make you or your other the dream ring you have been wanting. 100000/10 I would recommend them anyone! Thanks Custom Made team!!! You truly made my fiancés dream ring come into life!!! P.S. thanks for the brownie points ;)”
