“Custom Made provided such a unique experience that I never thought was possible. After months of searching for a company that could take a ring concept and turn it into reality, Custom Made provided that avenue. Their customer service is second to none when it comes to project satisfaction. This team worked diligently to ensure every aspect of my ring was absolutely perfect. I am astounded at the professional team they have as I was in constant communication with someone throughout the whole process. There was never a time when I was wondering what was happening or when the next phase would begin. Moreover, if anything ever changed, they were completely transparent in every aspect. Overall, this company was an absolute joy to work with and I would say you’re a fool to go with anyone else. My ring exceeded every expectation and I absolutely love the finished product. Great job Custom Made, I will definitely be telling people about what you can offer and showing off my ring as proof!”

“Hi Wilson & CM Team, Sorry, it's been a busy week lately for me and finally spared a moment to share my experience with this project! Hi, My name is Bran and I found CustomMade from surfing the internet I would say this is my first time ordering a valuable ring online for my proposal plan. Didn't expect it to go so well! I was truly amazed by the first person, Krist the consultant, who plans well and asked about my story from that moment I'm sure that I found the right place to create my proposal ring and then here is how the story of my ring began. I never had a problem worrying the design is not what I wanted. Your team had provided a lot of options and hard work to make the pieces come into real life! I would like to also pull out Jesse for the amazing 3D design! It is so realistic and through that, I can foresee what's going to come into real life, I have no doubt about regretting this project. Finally, without Charm the production lead, I wouldn't have had the chance to see the ring arrives, as he provided me the importer code right after he got back from his holiday, or else it would be taking even longer in our local custom for item clearance or else I would have to postpone my proposal and the engraving on the ring wouldn't be meaningful anymore. It surprised me that the ring arrived in NZ on March 17th after 2 days after the final payment was made. But unfortunately, It takes 3 weeks for clearance due to the receiver is not under my name, I will have to reprocess the whole progress with the broker again. But luckily, It was received on the day before my proposal! Therefore, in my opinion, it would be great if you have an automated system that sends out importer code to the customer, which helps all the international customers progress more flexibly. You guys have been the best and had enlightened my life sparkly. My proposal has been completed and life goes on with a cupid now. In another hand, I'm planning to customize with your team about my wedding ring pairs, still not sure when but we will keep in touch for sure! Thanks for being such an awesome team, CustomMade. I'm honestly appreciated and thankful for the whole progress, especially the one who related to my project plan! P/S: I don't mind to be posted publicly of my provided photos if needed. “Their team is responsive, knowledgeable, helpful, and overall a pleasure to work with. The final product I received was exactly what the models looked like, and it came in a nice box, with material certification in the packaging. I will most likely be ordering from them again, next time I want a custom piece made.”

“The whole experience was great! I recommend to everyone. The one person that I would tell to consider is military. As military myself I would have likely been better off going to another place where I can get a very similar ring at a cheaper price from discount. It wouldn’t be as unique though.”

“the process was very smooth, and they were very considerate in terms of configuring the ring no matter what step of the process you’re in (i believe i changed the stone 3 different times, going for Moss Agate, to an Oval cut Diamond, until eventually choosing a Pear shaped salt and pepper diamond). the Ring came out perfect, they asked me what things she liked, i told them her favorite flowers, and they incorporated Orchids and Hibiscus into the setting. my wife loved it, as it was her first Ring since getting her promise ring. i plan on coming back in 10 years when i upgrade her ring to 2ct. only took about 2 weeks to bring the 3D image to life. I have 0 complaints.”

“From the moment I showed interest in using Custom Made for my wedding/engagement pieces, they were super friendly and thorough with communication. The team asked me what I wanted in my pieces and after some hard thinking, I gave a pretty vague realm of what I was thinking. This didn't slow the team down at all as they worked to create the rings I saw in my head and even be flexible for some changes down to the finalizing. This team made my life so much easier with how spelled out everything is in their step-by-step process and destressed a nerve-racking next step in my life. 1000% will be returning for other pieces of jewelry to compliment our rings in the future.”

“Terrific people & a terrific experience. I used Custom Made for my fiancé's wedding band. I started with a loose idea of a Dragon Ball Z ring & the expert staff helped turn my idea into a very classy ring that my fiancé just loves. We're now repeat customers! Custom Made is working on a new project for my fiancé to share custom pieces with our boys at the wedding & he is also going to have Custom Made work on my ring.”

“I found this site on an off chance looking to find something unique to give my fiance. It was all of that and more. The people were very helpful and got back to me as soon as possible, all the questions had a definite answer. The ring itself turned out beautiful, it was everything we imagined it would be and then some. To be able to put as much input into your piece and watch it come to life is worthwhile in itself. Then to finally see the piece when it shows up a day after purchasing was excellent service. I would recommend using this site to many people looking for a special experience when picking out a ring for that special person.”
