“I was nervous about the process at first, but with that said, this was the most interactive online purchase I have ever made. I wanted something unique for my beautiful bride to be and they made the ring set EXACTLY how I envisioned. Every step of the process was handled with extreme care. Very communicative. Very professional. Very reasonable on price. I am so glad that I put my trust in these folks. Thank you custom made for bringing my idea to life.”

“There were aspects of working with CustomMade that created a great experience. Your staff was incredibly responsive and helped me move the project along quickly. The drawings and designs turned around quickly, and once again helped the project move along. Also, the details given about the project, such as options, price, and even other information about how the ring is made was very informative. We ended up with a beautiful ring that I know my fiance is very happy about. The one thing I was not impressed by was the creativity of the design team. Almost every time I sent pictures in to help them get a good idea of her style, they would send back a design that was an exact replica of what I had sent. I expected a little more creativity throughout the entire process. Eventually, we sent in a drawing that my fiance had done herself of the halo, and that is what we went with. It almost seemed like behind the very professional and patient liaison to whom I was speaking, there was a very impatient and annoyed designer that slightly gave up after we rejected the first few.”

“GREAAAAAAAT EXPERIENCE!!! Could not have asked for a better team!! They were EXTREMELY patient with me! Very understanding, adaptable, flexible, and CARING!! It mattered to them what you wanted, and they did everything the could within their capabilities to give you the MOST PLEASANT feeling of safety and comfort while working on your product! From the designer to the planner, ALL OF THEM!! Special shout out to MARIE!! She was AMAAAAZING!!! SO KIND, SO PATIENT, SO HELPFUL!! I couldn't have done this without her, because I don't know anything about jewelry and rings, and she was very understanding of that!! LOVED THIS EXPERIENCE!!! I felt like it was my family that was helping me through this amazing time!!! THANK YOU... for everything you guys have done for me!! I am SO BLESSED to have found you guys!!☺️👏🏾”

“I started with an idea for the perfect engagement ring. With the help of the experts at CustomMade, they took my idea, added some of their own opinions and cool details that I didn't think about or know could be done, and made a perfect ring that exceeded my expectations. The customer service was excellent. They worked with me the entire time, kept me updated, and were there if I had questions. When I got the ring and looked at it for the first time, it was even more beautiful than the pictures they gave me. My fiancé and I are getting married this summer. I couldn't be more excited. “It was ok. Things were a bit more difficult than they needed to be, I felt like I had to explain the same thing to multiple people multiple times, and some promised things weren’t quite delivered. With that said, the ring is beautiful and they made right on the things that were wrong. For example, I had a tight deadline and wanted to pay for an expedited process only to find out that due to the holiday it would take just as long. Eventually they did get it to me in time and did not charge me extra, but it felt a bit dishonest Also someone had assured me that the engraving was centered when in reality it’s too high and crooked All in all, the ring is nice but I haven’t seen much benefit of using this company over ordering a similar ring and just getting it engraved Also, please allow for some sort of voice call.. the chat isn’t always the best tool to use”

“Excellent customer service and attention to detail. My piece more than satisfied my expectations. Having never done this before, I didn't know what to expect. CustomMade took the time to explain (in detail) every step of the process, which made me very confident in the finished product. CustomMade did an excellent job on taking an intimidating task, and breaking it down into small, manageable pieces. Would very much recommend this company to anyone searching for a ring, but can't find what they are envisioning.”

“I used Custom Made for both my fiancée’s engagement ring and later on a matching wedding ring. I couldn’t be happier with the final result of them both! The engagement ring came out absolutely beautiful, and when the wedding ring is paired with it the combination of the two are stunning! Customer service was excellent, even with all of my picky-ness. I have absolutely zero regrets in going with Custom Made for this, and I would absolutely recommend this company to anyone!”

“I had a very specific design in mind for a ring. I took some time to hand draw what I wanted (I am no artist btw). With the combination of my drawing and a few comments on the intent of the final look the project got underway. Every question and request for revision was attended to immediately with no issues and I ultimately got exactly what I was hoping for. For anyone looking to take their idea for a keepsake into reality there is simply no better option. Amazing service, phenomenal results!”

“This is an experience that I would recommend to ANYONE! This was so much fun and it was super easy. Getting to go through the process of seeing something as important as an engagement ring go from a drawing on paper to a 3D image to a piece of perfection in your hand is such an awesome experience! The team's professionalism was on point and everyone answered my questions and calmed my nerves. I'd give more stars if I could.”
