“I wanted to create a special piece for my daughter. Our local jeweler was unable to create it so, I took a risk and went through Custom Made. I was a bit nervous sending money to a company I could not actually go to in person. However, this risk paid off. They were very professional, kept me up to date each step of the way, offered advice on the design as it went through the process. I would definitely recommend them! The piece was exactly what I wanted.”

“I interacted with a variety of different folks, and it would be difficult to say that any of them were anything short of helpful and friendly. I was effectively walked through the entire process, from start to finish, ring concept creation to implementation to delivery. And I realize this sounds like one of those autobots filling out reviews to pump ratings, but _it really was just that good of an experience_. Granted, not like folks often need to have custom rings created terribly often (mine was a mario-themed engagement ring), but it was nice to stumble across these folks randomly one night while perusing ideas on how I was going to procure a ring for the proposal. For what its worth, she said yes.”

“I had a amazing experience with CustomMade.com. From the moment I contacted them, everyone involved in the process from the very beginning with putting the design together and listening to what I wanted till the very end when it was finished were great. Everyone there was went out of their way to be helpful and keep me informed along the process, they were always there to answer any questions or to make any changes. They went above and beyond what I expected! My ring came nicely package and shipped fast! And I was very pleased with my purchase, the ring was even more beautiful in person! I would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking to have that one of a kind piece made, and I will def. be back in the future!”

“I originally consulted CustomMade to just get an idea of what designing and creating a customized engagement ring would cost/look like, and ended up loving the preliminary results so much it was clear they were the right choice. From the communication to the quality of the product, CustomMade delivered on every level! The piece looks incredible, was a perfect fit the first time, and my fiancee is absolutely in love with it. We ended up getting our wedding bands designed by CustomMade as well, and they turned out perfect too! Excellent company to work with, they stand by their work and when a stone fell out of the setting of the engagement ring, we had it sent in and replaced with their warranty, no problems. Would definitely recommend to anyone trying to give their lady something a little more special that was, in a sense, created with their own personal touches.”

“Overall, I'm very happy. The team was very responsive and timely throughout the process, and my fiance and I *very* pleased with the final result, which is the most important thing. Only piece of feedback was that sometimes there were mixups during our correspondence about the spec and the photos (i.e. communicating the ring would be size 4.5 in one place but it ended up being 4.25 in another; having subtle rendering issues in the photos). But all's well that end's well and it certainly ended well!”

“Absolutely incredible experience. From the moment I entered the website someone reached out to assist me. From there they asked me what I'm looking for. Guided me through the process of what steps they take. How we can achieve what I want together. Literally from step 1 I felt the weight of stress lift from my shoulders knowing that someone else was looking after the ring build for us. They scouted for the gem, they hand drew designs, the double checked with me on every single detail to ensure it's exactly what I wanted, they made both the engagement and wedding ring, it is perfect, the two rings will join together on the wedding day to join and make it look like one ring. You put a deposit of $100 down while they start working on the process of finding the gem. After they find a gem, they choose 2 or 3 for you to choose between. Different contrasts and everything. After you choose, you then pay 50% of the full price. They then go through a moulding process before making the full ring. Once you are happy with the mould they show you and the 3D drawings. You will then pay the last 50% and the ring gets made. It then undertakes very very close quality control to ensure each part of the ring is perfect. If it's not. They will notify you and continue to do it again. If you aren't happy with it. They will continue to work on it until you are happy. After that. They ship it out. With tracking and estimations. Honestly. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking to pop the question.”

“I'm in love with CustomMade and have already referred them to friends. I had a very specific idea of what I wanted in a wedding band and I could not find it anywhere. I stumbled on CustomMade through social media, created a login, and opened up a chat. Chatting with the different reps from the different departments was the easiest thing; transitioning from department to department was smooth and effortless. I never had to wait long for a response. I got to see pictures of the progress the entire time. Getting to see the dream in my head turn into an actual jewelry piece was so much fun. My ring showed up exactly how I asked, but it didn't match what was in my head as far as size went. Bless Janine, when I texted them in a panic, they quickly ensured me that they would get the ring right, sent me a return address (for free), and I paid the difference in material. CustomMade got my ring redone and back in my hands in about a month. It's. Gorgeous. I'm so pleased with the ring and the whole experience.”
