“I had an awesome experience creating a extraordinary custom made ring with plenty of assistance from the custom made team. The engagement ring turned out absolutely amazing down to last fine detail. I will be back with pictures from the proposal. I know my Stormie will absolutely adore it. I highly recommend anyone to get a ring made by custom made. I'll most likely be back to get a matching wedding band created! Update: She said yes and we are currently planning out the wedding. I got the proposal moment all caught on camera by a secret camera guy. Thanks CustomMade for an amazing experience!”

“I didn't know where to start when looking for an engagement ring. I obviously looked at my girlfriends Pinterest to see what she liked, but I just couldn't find anything to match what she wanted. I found CustomMade online and decided to give it a try, and they somehow made "The" ring I was thinking of in my mind. I gave them the ideas I had, and BAM, there it was. Everyone that has seen my now fiancé's ring has showered me with compliments, saying, "You did good" and "You know her well." It feels good to hear that, and I wouldn't hear it if I went through someone else. CustomMade definitely surpassed my expectations.”

“I was looking at other "custom" companies that popped up on google to make the very unique and specific engagement ring I put a lot of thought into. Turns out most of them are a little misleading using the word "custom" as they could only work very specifically from their catalog. Custom Made actually creates your idea from scratch and listed to my ideas so well they were able to nail it in only 2 tries. From the sound of that you'd think you would be paying the most premium price, but it was actually very competitive with the not so custom at all other companies I tried to work with, and also the customer service is very responsive and friendly. You're talking to real people which gives you a real personal small custom shop vibe. Highly recommend!”

“CustomMade took an idea that I had and workshopped it into something beautiful. I thought that the price would be unreasonable but I gave them my budget and they found a way to make it work within my budget giving me a beautiful ring for a much lower price than I expected. I have recommended it to all of my friends.”

“I went to Custom Made in order to create a special, custom ring. I am extremely satisfied with the ring and very pleased with the overall experience. The people I worked with were very helpful and quick to reply to my questions (even on the weekends). They listened to what I had to say. They gave genuine advice on how to make my idea better, and not try to sell me the most expensive options. What I liked the most about the development phase was that everything was upfront. Any option for my ring was followed up with a quote and I was able to chose the best option that worked for me. Another great aspect was that each phase in creating the ring was outlined ahead of time. So I knew where I was in the development process and what was coming up next. I also knew when payments would occur and how much. Each step required my approval before we moved forward. I could tell that everything was setup so that I would be happy with the final outcome, and that I had the chance to voice my thoughts before we came to the final product. One of the best experiences I had was when the ring was finally being made. I truly had the feeling that everyone was excited for the final outcome (especially after I mentioned why I wanted to create the ring in the first place). They were very supportive and it was an overall positive experience. I will gladly come back again and I will highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for a ring.”

“It was truly a great experience working with CustomMade, they were professional and on point bringing to life the ring I had in mind. I feel that working with CustomMade is 100% a better experience than buying a ring from a jewelry shop. CustomMade takes every detail you provide them and simply put, they create magic! “I had a excellent experience working with the folks at Custom Made. They assembled a team from the start of the project throughout every aspect, design, materials, time frame etc to assure that every aspect from start to finish was done perfectly. I am very happy with the final product. It came out looking better than the ring that I had in pictured in my minds eye all along. The craftsman at custom made are true artists. They don’t copy, they originate, that’s what makes them so exceptional. Working with team work makes a huge difference too. It keeps their whole team in the loop and up to speed. … I will definitely use them again, and look forward to working with them on other family heirlooms again soon. They are timely, considerate & very understanding. I highly recommend them. Their quality is Top, their craftsmanship is beyond any others. I highly recommend them.
