“From working out the details of my ideas to the result that came out of them, the experience was amazing! At every step of the process, I felt well guided and supported by the team. When it came to making change after change until I was happy, everyone was extremely patient. And when working on my piece and manufacturing it, everything was extremely fast. Not only the product you receive but also the customer service you experience is superb! “I made a custom wedding ring with CustomMade, and they did not disapoint. With an exceptional customer service, they listened carefully about my project, guided me and answered all my questions in detail. Theywere very patient, understanding and provided advices and recommendations to fit my requirements and need for the ring. From design, materials, sizing, colors and every single details needed, the final result was even better than I expected. It took about a month from start to finish. The ring was carefully packaged and well secure with their custom marked box which was very appreciated for such a piece. They provided a very high standard of services as well as high quality craftmanship. I highly reccommend CustomMade for making a custom wedding ring, you will not regret it. “My experience with Custom Made was really good! The process went at a smooth pace. The staff respond in a timely manner. I'm very pleased with the end result. The engagement ring we went with turned out beautiful and looked better in person than in photos. I will say that there are too many different hands that your project has to go through before it's done, and that shows. Some things get lost in communication and slightly changed if you're not careful because the project gets passed to 4 or 5 different people. I would suggest to the user that you be as specific as possible with what you want so that nothing gets changed that there's no miscommunication. Overall I'm very happy with the result! Thank you!”

“I was hesitant about creating a ring completely online, but I couldn’t find a jeweler that would do exactly what I wanted. I took the plunge and thank God I did because I couldn’t have found a more perfect ring! Custom-made Is the best decision and I would do it 10 times over I recommend it to anyone. It was such an easy and stress-free process. They let me know more than enough information. And when I finally had the ring in my hands, I cried it was beautiful 🫶🏼♥️”

“I had a wildly specific design for my wife’s ring in mind. I got the 12 stones from the Bible describing the “New Jerusalem” put into a band. It’s a beautiful display of color and the jewelers were fantastic in helping me set it up and made it perfect. The cost was very reasonable given the customization I was doing. With the economy as it is (and AI doing fake reviews) I can genuinely say that this was an absolutely fantastic process. The person I dealt with, Emily, was an absolute rock star. I started the process in the first week of June and my wife had her new ring in early August. They walk you through every step of the way and tell you about the whole casting process, 3D design, jewel cutting, all of it.”
