“I turned to CustomMade for my finance’s engagement ring when I couldn’t find exactly what I wanted elsewhere, and I’m so glad I did. Their step by step online process pairs you with experts who are super easy to work with. They are responsive and patient as you move thru the design process of describing your vision, sharing pics of inspiration if you have them, and sharing feedback as their experts draw and render your vision to bring it to life. They will iterate your design as much as needed until they get it exactly the way you want it. Lastly their diamond expert helped me find the perfect stone. They provide all the details about your stone and the ins and outs of diamond shopping. After working with some other big names in the industry CustomMade was by far the best and easiest to work with. They absolutely earned my trust and I will gladly turn to them in the future.”

“Working with the CustomMade team was great. At first, I had my doubts and spent some time looking up external reviews to see if there was any reviews or reports of this being a scam. I found nothing incriminating and eventually what convinced me to give them a shot was a series of random articles I found that had screenshots of the website. I could see the number of reviews increasing over time naturally, and a quick scan through the reviews showed that they weren't just being farmed by bots or outsourced from another country. Each review had a photo of the ring and had a very human feeling to them. Working with the team was also a blast. I tend to be both curious and indecisive and the team accommodated every one of my requests whenever I would ask. If I wanted to see the ring with more accents or different gems or a completely different design, they'd get back to me very quickly. Overall, I was surprised at the price of the ring being far less than I thought it would be and I would definitely recommend using their services to get your perfect ring. I've already recommended them to most of my colleague and I'd be happy to use their services again.”

“Couldnt be happier with the design, definitely a process to find a ring that would be perfect for my fiancée, but also was super easy to discuss changes and pricing from the beginning. 10/10 am chatting about this site every time someone asks about the ring.”

“I was absolutely blown away by the quality of service and product I received from CustomMade. Right from the beginning, the team was very responsive, never leaving me in the dark on the current status of the project. I submitted many reference photos and links, worried about capturing the right "vibe" I was going for, and they hit it on the head. After I received the first sketches of the ring, I knew they understood the look and feel of what I wanted and that I made the right choice partnering with CustomMade. I admit, at first I was a little leery to make such a big purchase online involving a product I wouldn't get to see in person until the very end, but the CustomMade team's professionalism, organization, and commitment to the customer and project quickly put all of my uneasiness to rest. At no point did I feel like they were pushing things on me or just trying to take my money. I always felt like they truly cared about the project, my experience, and what was right for me. In the end, they delivered a stunning engagement ring that both my partner and I are in love with! I 100% recommend CustomMade to anyone looking to have a custom piece of art designed specially for them!”

“I was searching for a mother's ring for my wife. After speaking with a number of jewelers and a great deal of searching online I couldn't find quite the right piece and began looking at having a custom ring made. I found Custom Made and after reviewing some of their work I decided to start a quote to see if they could put together what I was looking for starting with a rough description of the ring a couple of pictures of some pieces with elements I'd like to incorporate. I received a first response the same day and started the design and review process. The interactions with the design and build team were absolutely fabulous with extremely fast responses, clear asks, and very good adjustments based on my feedback. The first drawings were completed in three days and in under a week I had the first renderings. I started my design with Aleni on the Custom Made team who was absolutely outstanding throughout initial design and then transitioned to Lei for the design and rendering process. In both cases they were engaged and eager to design exactly what I was looking for while being very conscious of the budget. It was actually a lot of fun to see the designs move so fast and to see my vision for the ring in the designs evolve. The total process took less than 2 months including the construction of the ring and delivery and the price was extremely reasonable for the high quality of jewelery that we received. The final ring we received was exactly what I'd wanted and my wife is incredibly happy with the piece. I am absolutely planning to buy additional pieces from Custom Made and I've already recommended them to a number of friends.”
