“I want to first say that the experience of crafting a unique ring with CustomMade was incredible. When I first started looking for a ring I accidentally stumbled upon this service, and I really mean accidentally as I thought I had clicked onto a different site. Nevertheless, I was impressed by how many customization options there were to start with and was amazed by the friendly and extremely responsive staff. I'm a very impatient and nervous man when it comes to spending large amounts of money online as I have been scammed once before so I was very skeptical. Their process for crafting rings is also something to behold and has an incredible amount of flexibility. I sent reference images and preferences to them and they responded with a sketch that featured aspects of everything I'd sent. It felt great having their experts with me every step of the way and to have the process guide available at all times. The finished product...far better than I had expected and the pictures do not do it justice. Sure, you can go to Kay's or Jared's and get a ring in a fraction of the time, but if you want a completely one of a kind ring I Honestly cannot think of a better service. I will forever sing their praise and will definitely be using them again in the future.”

“Emily and her staff were so friendly and accommodating to my needs. They offered innovation when I was stuck and were very supportive of any questions and critiques I had whether I had specific examples or not. Not to mention their responsiveness exceeded my expectations as they did not let my messages linger longer than an hour. The product is absolutely gorgeous and arrived well before the big day. It fit perfectly in my budget and is the only product like it out there. I highly recommend them.”

“Great experience! I wanted to design my own bridal set, and CustomMade helped me do that, and it was super easy. The whole process took under two months, and I had my beautiful set at the end. If you want to design your own jewelry, or if you want something so specific they might not sell it, CustomMade is the place for you.”

“While there were many back and forth emails it did give me an idea of progress was being made and gave me many opportunities to make changes, and final review before,construction work began. Finished piece went through their quality control and corrected any problems before final payment was required. Shipping was great.”

“Fantastic support with no pressure. It took me over a year to go through planning and payment just because life is life. When it was finally time to take that next step I was able to reconfirm my old design plans, make the payment & have my ring in less than 3 weeks. Staff was incredibly kind, knowledgeable, patient and prompt with responses. I was apprehensive about the process at first but through their guidance and support we were able to bring my vision to life! The rings all came out perfectly exactly how I envisioned and I am so excited to propose with a set that is as unique and special as my partner is.”

“Working with Custom Made was quite easy and comfortable. They worked with me to get the pieces I wanted created. It really is amazing to see the physical product created from your imaginings. The process took a couple months but getting all the details just right was worth the wait. Would gladly work with Custom Made again and plan to!!”

“I was completely blown away with Custom Made's professionalism and ease of use! I didn't know that custom engagement rings from scratch were even a reasonable option for me with my budget, but I now have a custom ring that is perfectly how I invisioned it. They walked me along every single step of the process, including the sketches from the original designers, all the way to the 3d renders with my stone! The box they shipped in was beautifully branded and had lots of goodies for the proposal. But my favorite part of all is that I was able to design my girlfriend's engagement AND wedding ring at the same time, as well as my own band, and they will save the design until I am ready for the wedding set. I have already recommended their amazing services to a coworker and I can't say enough good things about Custom Made!”

“This company was extraordinary in all aspects of my custom made ring. I had lost my wedding ring which had one half yellow gold and the other white with 3 diamonds in the center. There where swirl engravings on either side. I started by sending them pencil drawing, then after locating several photos of my hand with the ring on, we continued to refine the look of my original ring. Their team worked dilegently and without waiver to accomplish the final product. Although not an exact match to the original lost ring, this team was able to reproduce a 90% copy. I would highly recommend this team of dedicated individuals for their professionalism.”

“CustomMade was a DREAM to work with! My partner lost a very important family heirloom and I worked with the team at CustomMade to recreate it for a wedding gift. I sent over some old and blurry photos and they were able to recreate it perfectly! Janice was the best and the communication was clear throughout the entire process.
