“Living in the UK, I wasn't sure exactly how easy this experience would be. Buts it's been seamless and the delivery was effortless and very quick. The CustomMade team really put in so much effort to listen to all my picky requests, and didn't bat an eyelid at them! The ring is truly beautiful and that's thanks to them. “From start to finish, these guys handled everything so well. My project was a family crest ring; their design team did a great job translating the image into a ring. We did about 3 or 4 iterations, and every time, they were very collaborative. It was so easy. Their process is excellent. From the salesperson to the designer to getting the project finished and approved to ship, everything was seamless. I also like the fact that I get a discount for repeat orders. I will def be ordering these for my boys when they get older. Thank you CustomMade, I couldn't be happier with the outcome!”

“Every step from the design to shipment, you have someone in constant contact. So much help is available and no question goes unanswered. Pieces for every budget from sterling silver with quartz stones to top of the line. I had the my wife's engagement and wedding rings fully customized to exactly what we was looking for. The cost was only a few hundred dollars more than some run of the mill peice, but with it being completely custom, one of a kind, SO VERY WORTH IT!! Custom Made is my jewelry store for life I'll never go to another store.”

Everyone was professional from start to finish and made me feel as though mine was the only project they were working on. I already proposed to Jenn and, in her words, she's obsessed with the design!
