“I enjoyed being apart of the production of this beautiful engagement ring and wedding band. Every person who took part were informative and professional with their part of the process. They walk you through step by step and make sure your idea is fully planned out and what their customer visioned. They will make sure to remain within your budgeted wants and desires. Their guaranties are promising and beneficial as well as their offers for repairs or reconstruction etc. Thank you Custommade for this amazing ruby & rose quartz on 10 karats of gold as well as the two wedding bands of ruby & diamond on 10 karat gold!”

“Absolutely the most amazing company! Worked with them over 9 months to perfect the rings and at no time during the process did we feel rushed or hurried through the process. Everyone though the entire process from the initial consulting, to the design and production leads were extemely curteous. We were both in awe in how the pieces turned out, again couldnt ask for a better comapny and group of people to work with to perfect your custom jewlery needs.”

“The experience with the team was amazing, they work hard, fast and are always there to make your dream ring design come true. I would like the company to be more carefull with the requirements for international shipping as this caused some headaches when shipping to Switzerland, specifically the paperwork and permisions for importing metals. Beyond this issue i would 100% recomend.”

“Hi. I wasn't sure what to expect dealing with such an expensive and for me....an incredibly emotional ring design on the internet. Think of how many companies that could have a "hay day" with your credit card and a substandard outcome! But that was far from what I experienced. From Ruben, Jewelry Consultant, to Vincent, Design Lead, and Carla, Production Lead, the project was professional. Each employee, no matter what their job, was patient, knowledgeable, understanding, explained the process well and answered all questions in a VERY timely manor. All were very empathetic. I felt like I was their only customer. I want to design another ring and don't even need too! Thank you Custom Made. Thank you Ruben, Vincent and Carla for making this heart felt ring a reality!”

“Absolutely exceptional service and quality of product! I had my navy helicopter cut out as cufflinks and engraved my callsign onto the back of them for my father as a wedding gift. He absolutely loved them! They were really just so beautiful and so well made! I will absolutely be working with Custom Made again in the future!”

“At first I wasn’t sure ordering online from an overseas organisation but the concerns were quickly abated. The service was great, received regular progress updates, the design I thought would be complex but it turned out perfect, and it was delivered promptly after final payment. 5 stars, would definitely use again!”

“WOW! I am absolutely stunned, my fiancée’s ring looks even better in person! There was a slight problem at the beginning and the initial ring didn’t turn out quite how I imagined. I was worried how they would respond to my concerns, however, Anna - who was very kind and understanding, major props to her - was quick to address my concerns, restarted the whole process from scratch and made a new ring that surpassed my wildest dreams. I am so impressed with this team’s exceptional customer service skills and desire to make this the best possible experience for their customers! “CustomMade helped me make a one of a kind piece for my one of a kind person. Stock off the shelf rings always seemed like a one size fits all solution that really does not fit all. After researching my options CustomMade was the best choice. I was amazed by how flexible, fast, and simple the entire process was from start to finish. At the end it ended up being cheaper than the stock off the shelf ring I was looking at before. Also the custom ring is a one of a kind piece. Overall I will definitely be coming back to design the wedding band with CustomMade, they were able to fit my budget and create a wonderful piece. She said yes! I have no doubt the perfect custom ring assisted as well 😆.”

“This process took me 6 months. I was very meticulous with what I wanted in my ring and never once during that entire process did i feel rushed or as though I was inconveniencing the people at CustomMade. I am over the moon with how my ring turned out. I had difficulty only in seeing the renders and believing my piece would be as delicate as it ended up being (and delicacy was something I was seeking). It's beautiful and everything I asked for, including veining in the leaves on my millwork! I asked for it and was told that the leaves would be too small but they're there, after all! I love it. I can't stop staring at it. I will absolutely order from here again when I want another special piece of jewelry.”
