“The process was smooth and the end products was beautiful. Only thing I wish was more clear was the approximate timeline as it seemed to drag on for much longer than was originally discussed. The communication was also a bit slow and only seemed to progress when I reached out. However, the end product was gorgeous and looks amazing! Would definitely use again, but only when my timeline is less constrained.”

“My son has wanted a family crest signet ring for years. I did some research and took a shot with Custom Made. The deposit was a large amount but the person i dealt with was so thoughtful and informative i decided that they were a good bona fide business MADE IN AMERICA! They had tremendous patience as I modified that and that. The result was a perfect 18ct ring. They don’t know this but i have some earrings I’d like them to make for me. I can’t recommend them highly enough.”

“Ordered two pieces from CustomMade. The first was a ring and came out perfectly. The second was a pendant. The process with the pendant is ongoing. One thing i'd recommend on business end is for the initial quotation phase confer with the production team to verify the design can be done in accordance with the client's design prior to taking a deposit. I provided a deposit only to be told the font i want was not doable. Since the deposit isn't non-refundable, i had no choice to move forward with the piece. After receiving the piece, it was extremely small for the price point in my opinion. Although it was nicely done, i probably wouldn't have continued with the purchase. If there was a way to get the 3D printout of the piece prior to moving forward that would be helpful before finishing the piece. Obvisously the rendered sample would be returned. In any case, customer service is always spot on and communication during the process is great. It's obvious the brunt of the cost is for the labor so it's up to each individual to decide if their piece is worth the cost.”

“The design freedom and assistance during each step cannot be understated. No question, concern, or comment goes unanswered. Time for response can seem long, however there is no feeling in lack of communication. For individuals who require visualization, this is a perfect way to design. Exceptional 3D renderings are provided before manufacturing. The final product is extremely sturdy and the service after delivery sets this company apart.”

“I had a really great experience! Custom Made worked with me through every step of the way, making sure I was satisfied with the sketch, rendering, and the final product. Plus, it was a very reasonable price. I was really impressed with their ease of communication and team of skilled artists. I couldn’t have made the ring that my fiancé deserves (fitting her vibe and artistic nature) without Custom Made!”

“The process of having an idea and getting the final product has been amazing. Every step of the process there is somebody with patient and experience to help and guide you and answer the questions you have. If something is unclear, or you are not sure about what you want they will take time to explain how it would look and how it would the whole process or final product. It was amazing to have such nice and proffesional guidance during this. And the final product has been beyond my expectations! Its super nice and just as I imagined. I am happy I made my order with CustomMade. They deliverd an amazing job!”

“The experience was very nice! They listened to everything I had to say, and walked me through every step. When I wasn't happy with something they were very understanding and did everything they could to ensure I was happy. And they were very understanding when I wanted to change something. They were very honest with me and were so nice and helpful! I am very happy with my rings! I would definitely recommend them!”

“I found that every team that I worked with were helpful and patient. It was useful getting the attachments so I could see the possibilities for my ring. I was particulery impressed when discussing the shoulders of the ring that I mentioned a celtic design that is associated with this area and the next day Charlie had found it.”

“Im not one to ever make reviews, but thought they were so good and nice, i had to share my experience!! My fiance had my ring custom made here and had nothing but great things to say when he was telling me about the process. It was now my time to get his ring made, my only thought was it would be so cool to have them make his too. They were so quick to respond and showed all details. They were so helpful when it came to designing his ring giving tips and more on the design to help give it its uniqueness. Id recommend them to everyone if i could!!”
