“Everything from talking about the initial piece to receiving it & seeing it turned out was amazing. I knew very little about things such as jewelry, stones, materials, ect, but everyone I talked to did an amazing job at being patient and explaining things to me. The ring I got in the end blew me and, everyone else I have shown so far, away with how it came out. The pricing was not bad at all either & the entire team did an amazing job at communicating everything that's being charged & how much it costs. Even when they forgot to include a price for a detail I wanted for my ring, they communicated that with me & ending up covering the cost since it was not mentioned. Overall I am very happy with the entire experience & highly recommend using custommade for anyone who is looking at getting high quality custom made jewelry. :)”

“I can’t believe how easy it was to design my finances ring of her dreams. I couldn’t find anything online that fit her requests for a ring and when I found custom made and did my consult I knew this is where I was going to purchase from. Everyone was so helpful, when I didn’t love an aspect of it, they changed it. I highly recommend them.”

“Custom Made is a lifesaver. I had spent months trying to find the perfect ring and going on so-called "custom ring" websites. The only thing custom about them was the size of the ring. Then I found Custom Made and my dreams came true. I was able to 100% design the ring for my now fiance. Everything was so simple and easy! The communication was constant and consistent. I would always get a reply by the end of the day. Although the ring was a very reasonable price, I unfortunately had some finanical issues during that year. The people at Custom Made were paitent and understanding and never rushed me to make a payment. My favorite part about the process was knowing how the ring was made and the different processes they were using. It was delightful and enlightening. When the box came is was absolutely stunning. It came with a cute little kit with everything I could possible need for the proposal. Custom Made continuously went above and beyond every step the process.”

I was still worried that it was a scam. But in the end I did receive the actual ring that I helped design with the custom made team. “I came across Custom Made while doing research for a custom jewelry store for an engagement ring. The team at Custom Made went way beyond my expectations! Everyone on the team was professional and very knowledgeable, all the way from the beginning design phase to the final product. At every step, the team gives you complete control over every decision, and are not satisfied until you are. The engagement ring came out PERFECTLY and was exactly what I had envisioned from the start. I cannot recommend Custom Made enough. 5 stars in EVERY single way!”

“I can honestly say that we had the best experience designing my fiancés wedding ring. We originally started out with everything being in his name so he could communicate his direct design requests, but we were able to transition it over mid design in order for me to incorporate a special surprise for him without issue or complications. Every person every step of the way was an absolute pleasure to work with and I highly recommend this process for anyone who truly wants a one of kind experience and piece of jewelry.”

“I was well cared for while working with the team, and they were very accommodating to my circumstances: communicating in short, brisk bursts, at all hours and from various time zones, in support of a highly compressed schedule. They helped me rapidly iterate on my ideas, providing variants to choose from and drilling down on the details I preferred, before ultimately delivering exactly what I had hoped for at a truly breakneck pace. Two critiques that I would lay are that the gem expert seemed oddly determined to find me a 3ct stone, when I had specified 1.7-2.7cts as my preferred range (though we ultimately found a perfect 2.26ct stone), and that the photography of yellow gold on a yellow background makes for a muddier aesthetic that makes seeing the details more difficult (though I'm sure they would have reshot if I had asked, my time constraints prevented such a request). Besides these genuinely minor nitpicks, I am extraordinarily happy with their work and would recommend them to anyone who wishes to have a quality custom ring made.”

“I know getting a ring online is scary. Rest assured with to crew at Custom Made your in good hands. They can design you the ring that you dream about down to every detail. They have a very supportive staff that are happy to assist you in the journey to create your dream ring. They lay everything out and tell you about every step and the processes that your design and ring go through to come out the way you like it. Wouldn’t recommend another company.”
