“Working with CustomMade has been the best customer Service experience I have ever had. They were surprisingly prompt in responding to messages, sent beautiful renderings of the project design (a college class ring for my daughter), which they helped design, and the ring itself was just beyond our expectations. Even with a delivery glitch, where the project was returned, they re-sent it promptly and coordinated in a manner that ensured it was received before she graduated! I am beyond satisfied, and will happily return with my next project.”

“My entire family wants their family crest ring now. Custom made was very easy to work with. I love their prompt responses. They really made my dreams come to life and they were able to meet my deadline. They didn't take my money and make me feel like just another number, they made me feel like I was appreciated and like I was a priority. We will be getting more done very soon. Best company hands down. The delivery the ring came in was also top notch. It made good for presenting my son his ring during his rights of passage.”

“I had a custom made ring made. First time ever doing so. The process was made very easy and went fast. Not being used to doing everything on the internet I had a minor problem/misunderstanding on the “accept proposal” part but however I was dealing with caught my mistake and guided me through what to do. The ring is great and I don’t feel the price was excessive considering it’s a custom design that they made for me. I don’t have any complaints and am having them make a second ring for me. My experience has been great and I wouldn’t consider using anyone else so I’m grateful to have found them.”

“My husband wanted a ring that resembled a vintage Tiffany’s band, boy did custom made do just that! Not only did they do just that, they made it even better! It was such an easy process working with the team at custom made- I sent them my ideas and my vision and they brought so many gorgeous concepts to life and ended up making the most perfect ring. I am so grateful to see my husband wear a ring he loves!!”

“I would strongly recommend this business to people, the site is very easy to navigate. The staff quickly responded to all my messages, as well when we were going over the designs they were very patient and helpful. The pricing was very straightforward and there wasn’t any extra add ons or charges you didn’t want. I knew what I was going to pay once we settled on a design. When the ring finally came the pictures didn’t do it justice they did an amazing job and it turned out beautiful! I genuinely appreciated the overall service and at the very least check this site out!”

“I designed a unique engagement ring that incorporated a lot of different gemstones and settings. Along the way the representatives were very timely with there responses anytime I had a question or concern. If I needed to tweak or adjust anything they were willing to make those adjustments and show me new renderings leading to a very satisfying end piece. I would 100% recommend custom made to help bring your creation to life.”

“The process was well laid out and allowed for creative control throughout. Communication was great at each step in the process and we had awareness of all progress and necessary decision points. The design team was very helpful and ensured that our vision was executed in full. The overall timeline was very reasonable. Quality of the rings is great and they look even more lovely in person than the photographs could capture. We would absolutely recommend your company to friends, getting a custom design is complrable in price and allows you to get every deatail just right.”

“I worked with CustomMade to create an engagement ring and then both wedding bands for me and my soon-to-be wife and I couldn’t be happier with my choice of company. They were very responsive and informative all while being very professional and particular with all of my questions and requests. Quality of the rings themselves is incredible especially at the affordable price points - my fiancée still doesn’t take her eyes off her engagement ring months later! Shipping was smooth and fast and I throughly enjoyed getting a small box of gifts with each of the rings - a very nice touch that made me feel as the company really cared about the service and products they provide. Overall, 10/10 experience, will likely return to have some other jewelry made in the future!”

“This is my third time using CustomMade.com. This one was a very important piece as it was to replace my lost wedding ring. I've been married for 20 years and we went through so much in the beginning of my marriage starting out, that it has been such an important symbol of continuity, respect, communication and honesty. I was so saddened to have to replace it, however, I was so glad that the people at CustomMade.com took the time to work with me on creating something almost exact to the original, if not better.
