“This is Avery professional company. They stayed in communication from start to finished and they also made sure I was more than satisfied with my order. They also took their time explaining each step of the process and took my vision of how I wanted my ring to look and made it come to life. I definitely will recommend this company to anyone who is looking to get their jewelry customized.”

“Throughout the entire experience working with them they always answered my questions super well. They were also able to bring my ideas to life with surprising effectiveness. The only thing I will say is that you may need to be able to make drawings of your own to share. It can be difficult both to explain what you want and for them to understand what you want without pictures for reference. This was not a problem for me because I was able to sketch out what I meant. My design was also a lot more detailed and specific than most of the other rings they have showcased in there site. It was an above and beyond experience working with CustomMade.”

“You all are very kind and I love working with you, we made together a wedding ring for my bride and we also made together earrings and necklace, I loved all of them and my bride also loved it like nothing she ever seen it was so special I have no words to express the huge thanks for all the workers that helped me ❤️😁”

“From start to finish, they were supportive and kept me informed at every step. I'm thrilled with the outcome of the ring; the service was exceptional, and the packaging was beautifully done. Opening the box felt like uncovering something truly special. This is already the second ring I've ordered from them, and each experience has been fantastic. As someone from Switzerland 🇨🇭, I have high standards, and they truly met them. I received a response within less than 16 hours, despite the time difference, which shows how much they care for their customers. While the country taxes can be high, the quality of the rings makes them worth every penny. It's simply perfect. I 100% recommend them!”

“I am very pleased with the service provided by the team at CustomMade. They were able to provide support with any issues i had and adapted very well to my own requirement. The team were very quick to reply (considering the time differences) and provided me with updated sketches and 3d drawings within only a couple days. The entire process was very quick and the final product is of such a high standard. I couldnt have asked for more! Thanks to all the team that helped me, im sure my partner will love the ring as much as i do”

“Very good communication, very patient when I asked for things to be changed. Ring I have received is exactly as described and as the drawings and 3D drawing they made up... Honestly even more beautiful in person, exactly as I wanted and I highly recommend.”

“Working with CustomMade was EASY. They communicate throughout the entire process, were understanding with my timeline (I think I stalled for about 3 months when I needed to get the right sizing for my finance but couldn’t due to him being deployed). Every decision was mine, and they had experts for each step to ensure all my questions were answered and that I approved gems, designs, all of it. The shipping was FAST once everything was approved as well. The ring is beautiful, pictures don’t do it justice”

“The quality of the product and the customer service related to the whole manufacturing service are great. Unfortnuately the seem to be very inexperienced in international shipping and customs which is why I paid a lot more because they did not provide the correct/neccesary documents to the international forwarding agent.”

“Absolutely amazing! I knew I wanted a custom ring from start to finish, but there aren't many places near where I live. I decided to take the gamble with an online program, hesitant at first. But immediately after first conversation, I was hooked! Every single person I interacted with was professional and kind with outstanding communication! Beyond that, they treated me MORE than just a customer. They checked up on me, had conversations, made sure everything was right in my world. They laid the guidelines of the practices up front without curtains, and they didn't shove pricing or "pay up" mentalities near me at all. The quality of the ring is outstanding! It would not be so good without the choice selection of artists and jewelers with custom made. Every single step they were there to communicate even the smallest details with me. They were happy and patient to answer all questions! I HIGHLY recommend Custom Made, and I fail to see how any online business like this could do better. They are the pinnacle of what online custom jewelery should be. I'm looking forward to using them again in the future for smaller projects, but first I look forward to my engagement!! Thank you Custom Made for this experience!”

“I’m certain that seeing this company was a blessing from God. They crafted an absolutely beautiful ring for me and every person I worked with was amazing! I would’ve never thought I’d be able to actually have a ring in my possession at this point in time, but God had a plan and custom made was certainly part of it!
