“They made the whole experience very pleasant and were more than happy to accomodate to changes. Making a one-of-a-kind ring for my now-fiancée was very enjoyable and not stressful at all! They were also very mindful of the budget you give them and they give you many gem options (different cuts, sizes, attributes, etc.) to choose from! “A absolute pleasure and great experience working with the custom made team for both the engaugment and wedding bands it was a bit nerve racking at first having something custom made and also over state lines and not being able to see it first hand however alot concerns were erased with how well the team keeps you in the loop on the progress of your designs and progression of the jewlery.”

“If you are having doubts about CusutomMade, I understand. I was wary and cautious but after reading probably every review they have, I decided to try it. I am so freaking grateful I did. This experience from start to finish was FANTASTIC. Every single person that handled the creation of my ring from start to finish was so kind and accomodating, they validated me the whole way, held space for my anxiety, held NO resentment for any re-designs or anything they sketched that I didn't like. They were so committed to me liking the product over everything else. They never pushed me to get a sale, they never marketed themselves to sell me on the next steps, they just educated me on the whole process, answered all my questions, and everyone seemed just as happy to be making the ring as I was! I would recommend this company to anyone. Even if you are just looking for inspiration, look at their website! They have so many options and really take that vibe from that etsy or pinterst ring you saw, and make it your unique ring at a reliably high quality. I'm not kidding I think I sent them around 20 rings from all my different mood boards and then completely switched directions once I discovered all the rings they already have on their website and started adding features from one and the other etc and they put it all together so happily. I felt supported the entire way and I really feel like this process made my engagement more special than any surprise ring ever could have. Take the leap, you're in good hands.”

“They were very thorough and with me every step of the way! When I had a question they had an answer. Even if I didn't understand something or when I got confused they explained it in a way that even I could understand! They are awesome. They let me change my mind and gave me time to make decisions. They weren't pushy. I would recommend them to everyone I know even the people I don't know!”

“Firstly, I was blown away by the result! The process took four months but over that process, they get a general idea of what kind of ring you would like to design and gem wise. With this, you send in reference photos and general wants. Then over the next while they slowly work out ideas through sketches and help you figure out what you want even. When it is being finalized, they show you select gems for the center stone and do a great job of keeping you updated on the final result. Eventually, when it gets sent to you it even comes in a nice box with the engagement ring and wedding band (if you get one which I recommend! You can do some seriously fancy stuff with it).”
