“Recently I had to duplicate of a piece of jewelry that was lost. After going back and forth with a local jeweler that expected me to know everything about settings, stones, and everything else about jewelry, I gave up on them. Then I called a few other jewelers I found online and they wouldn't do business with me unless I myself was a jeweler. I wanted them to just look at a picture and just make it happen. So then I found this website and I created an account at https://www.custommade.com/ The only thing I had was a picture, they were able to replicate the piece AND made it sooooo easy. They were also able to make paying for it really flexible. HIGHLY recommended this place if there is something specific you are looking to get or if you want to design something yourself.”

They even sped up production so I can get the ring by a certain deadline. “This was the best experience I think possible. These amazingly wonderful people not only helped me design my ring but let me play around with options to make sure it was what I envisioned. The proposal kit was very helpful for our wonderful night. Thank you to everyone who helped me out.”

“I stumbled upon CustomMade on Google by accident while searching for custom made jewellery. The process was, honestly, a pleasure. The people working there are extremely professional and helpful, especially for someone with no prior knowledge as myself, as they guided, offered details and offered professional opinions and advice when I asked them. That being said, I always felt I was talking with a close-by, enthusiast person, not a rushed employee. The delivery was swift, especially with me living in Europe, and they were very fast with any extra help they could offer to get through customs with no issues. I am delighted with the result and have been wearing it since it arrived. You can safely employ their services.”

“My experience with CustomMade was a great one. The process of designing and purchasing my engagement ring was smooth and detailed. The staff involved with me were very enthusiastic and educated me on each step of the process and made sure I had all the information I needed and was 100% happy before making any decisions. There is a lot more that goes into creating an engagement ring than I realised and their team provided ample concept art and 3D designs of the ring so I knew exactly what it would look like with every change I made. I am from NZ and usually ordering from the US takes weeks to months but the ring arrived within a week of shipping and arrived in a beautiful display box. The ring itself was even more beautiful than the scanned models and photos. I am very satisfied with the CustomMade team and would recommend them for anyone wanting to custom build an engagement ring especially if you don't know anything about rings as I did at the start of my journey.”

“This is the 2nd project I have done with Custommade. They are very personable and always get back to you at the time that they say they will. The product is quality and they even help with suggestions that you may not think about. I had them build my wife's engagement ring 3 years ago and just had them put together an accent ring for Christmas this year. Don't waste your time with the box stores in town, have them build you something custom for the same price as box stores and get something truly custom, I will be using them again in the future and wouldn't use any other jeweler”
