“From start to finish, the team at Custom Made was extremely responsive, understanding and patient. We asked for an engagement ring design that incorporated Indian elements and provided a few inspiration photos from rings we found online. The team was quick to respond and delivered on each request promptly. We went through quite a few rounds of modifications as the design came to life, but the design the team came up with was excellent right from the start. The final piece honestly exceeded expecations and looked even better in real life than the images from their photoshoot. The quality of the ring is fantastic (gems, metal, casting). Will definitely be working with them for our wedding bands!”

“Words cannot describe how exceptionally well the Custom Made team treated me as a customer. From the early design phase on I was handled by different team members specializing in each part of my custom build for my soon to be fiancés engagement ring. The team was very quick with getting back to me regarding any questions or design changes (1-2 days). They were beyond knowledgeable, very professional and friendly, something you see less and less now adays especially as businesses grow. I can’t recommend the Custom Made team enough and this was my first time working with them! If I need anything made in the future I won’t be hesitating to work with them again. They truly brought my idea/vision to life with this ring in every detail 10/10 and I know the soon to be fiancé is going to be in awe.”

“My husband was a navy diver for 12 years and was saying how he really wanted a ring with the Mark 5 helmet. I found Custom Made and they immediately started the process, making it so easy and showing me pictures of different examples so it could be completely custom. I almost thought it was a scam because of how easy it was and how awesome the customer service was walking me through each process. I received it in time for my husband’s birthday, in a beautiful box that I didn’t even need to wrap it, and he agrees that this has been his favorite gift I’ve ever gotten him. I 100% recommend Custom Made”

“Simplified process that was eye opening and informative. Allows me to talk with the rep about style, ideas and brainstorm a bit. I’d say you do need to have some idea in what you are looking for but the process so so streamlined and laid out. Very happy with the ring that was created ‼️”

“I started this project without any knowledge about shopping for engagement rings or diamonds. By the end, the team educated me enough that I felt well-informed and understood the important details when shopping for a ring. Thank you. After hearing my high-level ideas and details, the team incorporated those ideas in to something that is visually stunning and custom. The team consistently set proper expectations and continued to make adjustments as I better understood what I was looking for. The customization part was important to me and the team exceeded all expectations. The value of CustomMade is terrific. I set my budget on the lower-end of my range because I assumed there would be times where I'd want to pay for upgrades. No matter how much I tried to "break my budget", the team was able to take all details I wanted and keep the project below my budget. When it came time to pick the diamond, I was able to splurge on quality well above what I thought I could afford and still keep my budget below my threshold. Overall, this has been a great experience and I'll certainly be back to help design my own ring or future jewelry. Update: I proposed to my girlfriend (now fiance) and she was shocked at how beautiful the ring was. Funny enough, her married friends told her in secret that her ring was prettier than their own, which is high praise for CustomMade. Highly recommend!”

“I came across this website while searching for custom rings. I am truly amazed how professional and helpful all of them have been. They take your suggestions and only improve on them. They are extremely friendly and understanding to deal with. The ring came out almost the same as how it was meant to be and they are so accepting of making adjustments afterwards as well. The price is slightly on the higher side but you do get an amazing outcome from that.”

“We had an amazing experience with CustomMade. They were very patient in the entire process and the rings that they made for us are absolutely stunning. We're extremely happy with the result. One of the rings we had made is a bit too small but they said they would resize it first time for free so no issues there either. The only thing is that I would recommend people to look at what the tax would be like if you ship outside of the US. This was a bit of a shock to us. But overall amazing experience and would definetly recommend getting your jewelry made here!”

“I couldn't rave enough about how well my vision was captured for my partners engagement ring. HE absolutely adores it and it made my proposal perfect. The sun and moon have such deep meaning to us as a couple, and every single CustomMade agent I talked to did so well at taking my creative input and applying it with their immense talent. At no point did I ever have any worry that my ring would turn out wrong as I was made to feel completely safe and trusted by all who I spoke to. As an international customer I was also extremely worried about the timeline of my project but I was assured of a schedule and custommade completely delivered. I'll undoubtedly be recommending my friends to this company and these people, unbelievablely great service better than I could have hoped for.”

“I had 3 Garnet Hear Stones that I wanted made into a ring. The staff did an amazing job and kept me involved every step of the way. We even had to make a few adjustments and everything was as I'd hoped for. The shipping to and from was seamless. If you're considering having something special made, give these guys a shot.”
