“Customer service - 10/10 They dealt with all of my last minute changes and helped me get started on which direction to take for my engagement ring! I was able to send photos I’ve had from Pinterest and they basically did the rest and checked in with me throughout the entire process. I definitely will be using them for my wedding band 💕”

“I was very nervous when I first reached out but they did an amazing job in every way. I've been impressed from the beginning. They were uplifting and encouraged me not to settle for the first designs. The finished ring set made my jaw drop when I opened the box. Such a wonderful experience from start to finish.”

“Friendly and professional folks. Everything is well compartmentalized so that you are always speaking to the right person at the right stage of developement. They lived up to their name with the amount of freedom I had customizing my ring. They were patient and helpful as I sent back the designs and made tweaks until I had exactly the product I was envisioning. My knowledge of the jewelry market is limited, but from what I can tell their prices are very fair.”

“I had a great stress-free experience while designing. Everyone I spoke to was trustworthy and took great care of me. They were able to make a great design from a few pictures and suggestions I had. Making changes along the way with whatever I wanted to see or try out. I thought it would de hard to communicate exactly what I wanted, but I am very impressed with the final results. I would never hesitate to recommend any of my friends or family to work with this wonderful team.”

“CustomMade is a very unique ring making site. They have staff available at a moments notice who do their all to make sure that the ring you wanna give to your significant other is what you envision and nothing less. They freely work around your budget and your ideas in order to make your ideal ring become a reality. Most importantly they are a patient company they don't require you respond/pay right away. They work at your pace and won't send any emails that are more than necessary. Also as a heads up they do send a whole proposal kit with the ring which I had no idea about when I bought it. But I severely recommend this site for anyone wanting to propose to their significant other because the team will help you create a one in a million ring just her him/her.”
