“I had a wonderful experience with Custommade. I created both an engagement ring and wedding band and they both look incredible, are of the highest quality, and are pieces that my soon-to-be bride and I will cherish for forever. The customer service was trustworthy, responsive to my requests, and extremely professional. I had great confidence making such an important purchase online and highly recommend to anyone wanting to create a piece of high quality jewelry with their own special touch.”

“From the get-go, I hae to say the professionsalism and clarity in communication from this team was simultaneously overwhelming and reassuring. The steps were clear, the expectations were upfront, and as someone that prefers quite a great deal of finesse and customization in designs I'll say that the patience with my iterations was abundant. Not only that, they were willing to simultaneously work with my envisioned design AND offer up the know-how of a seasoned professional. No upselling, no cajoling, no spamming, just people doing business in a thing that it's evident they're knowledgeable and passionate. When the ring arrived (which is gorgeous, but I haven't let my fiancee see it yet and I'm not about to spoil the moment with all you strangers), which didn't take very long, it was elegantly packaged, arrived more quickly than I'd anticipated, was everything I could have hoped for. Anyway I hate reviewing things. I'm an actual person that expects this to be the state for humanity; you tell someone that knows what they're doing what you want, and they work with you to make it happen. In this case, together we made something beautiful and lasting, and they made it EASY. There isn't a reason I wouldn't recommend this organization, other than I don't know many people and don't buy a lot of jewelry. Not sure what else to say, if you want some jewelry, these folks seem to know what they're doing!”

“good experience designing, but casting process was cheaply done, metal was not as clean as I wished and when I suggested clean ups that were reasonable, they pushed me to just accept the ring and said that it was physically impossible to do. I just took it to my local jeweler for repairs and touch ups instead, which he did easily and I’m happy I did. I dont think this company would have put the same care into the piece as he did.”

“The Experience throughout the entire process was great. I constantly interacted with the relevant team members holistically working to produce a fantastic ring. Everyone loves the ring ...EVERYONE. “We had a great experience with CustomMade. They were extremely patient with the design process, and were willing to incorporate any suggestions or feedback we had. All the members of the team we interacted with were quite responsive, never taking more than 48 hours to get back to our queries. When we expressed that we weren't fully satisfied with the finish of the initial product, they went back and re-did the finish. And the final product looked amazing!”

“Throughout the entire experience working with them they always answered my questions super well. They were also able to bring my ideas to life with surprising effectiveness. The only thing I will say is that you may need to be able to make drawings of your own to share. It can be difficult both to explain what you want and for them to understand what you want without pictures for reference. This was not a problem for me because I was able to sketch out what I meant. My design was also a lot more detailed and specific than most of the other rings they have showcased in there site. It was an above and beyond experience working with CustomMade.”
