“After creating a design I liked for a signet ring I sent it in and they got to work right away. I had awesome 3d renders in a handful of days and we got to tweaking. The process was very smooth and at the 3rd iteration it was perfect. Production only took about 2 weeks, and sipping was expedient. Over all everyone I interacted with on the team was excellent.”

“I first contacted CustomMade in June 2023 with my idea for a custom engagement ring. I live in the UK and knew I wanted a custom engagement ring and after researching whats out there I decided on CustomMade because they featured prominently on every search I conducted and had a mountain of fantastic independent reviews. From there they were nothing but professional throughout our contact, which was prolonged as I didnt actually go ahead with the project until December 2024. They happily kept the project on hold until I was ready and when I finally was ready to proceed, the production turnaround was swift and I received a beautiful engagement ring all the way over in England in January 2025! I am now engaged to my beautiful fiancé and she absolutely loves her engagement ring, I will certainly be recommending CustomMade to anyone who asks :-)”

“I had the most unique experience with Custom Made. I was very impressed with their professionalism and prompt response to every question I had and the engagement ring I wanted . “Extremely happy with the service. The team was super friendly and knowledgeable, giving us insights when we had questions, and patiently accommodating to all our requests. They also didn't mind in exploring numerous designs and revising over and over until I'm certain. They also take quality very seriously. During the building process, they happily address my concern and fix the piece until it is flawless. The result is a perfect piece that I envisioned, and my fiance couldn't be happier. Highly recommended!”

“When I tell you this was a good experience would be an understatement. From the get go, Jordan started me off and made me feel comfortable and ready for the next step, Barbara started the design process and she was great, que Natasha, I'm not sure where everyone is found here but they are all Top tier. Natasha especially was so patient and kind with every step of the process. Nikhil the Gem expert sources EXACTLY the Gem i was looking for and made it happen effortlessly. Pauline ended it off just right. It was an incredible experience from day 1 and would recommend to anyone moving forward with a Loved one.”

“This is the second time I have worked with Custom Made to create a one of a kind Ring that I can proudly wear. the first time was a gold signet ring and the second a silver signet ring. The team that Custom Made puts together is thoughtful and they ask the right questions to ensure they understand what you are wanting to have made into a memorable piece of art is what you want and will be proud to wear.
