“CustomMade is the most amazing site for custom made jewelry. My husband and I have been married nearly 18 years, and I wanted to update my wedding rings. I wanted one ring that spoke to both of us. They created a band using my diamonds the is not only beautiful, but made me cry. The service from the beginning to end was exceptional. They stayed in touch, and answered ALl my questions. I most definitely will use them again, and recommend them them to everyone. I guarantee you will not be disappointed.”

“The end result is marvelous. The level of detail on such a small ring is really impressive. Hard to capture on a phone camera the level of detail. A few hiccups during the manufacturing process, as well as a lot of effort on my end to come up with the design, but the result is well worth it. Would highly recommend for custom and intricate designs!”

“I was a little hesitant at first to send that much money to somebody or a company that I don't know but I took that leap of faith and I'm so glad I did cuz these guys hit the nail on the head and got me exactly what I wanted and they worked with me on my time frame the whole experience was amazing”

“The entire experience with CustomMade has been absolutely wonderful. The process was filled with so many wonderful people that put their entire heart and soul into every aspect of the ring making process. Everything was fully explained and detailed. They were patient and kind as well as willing to make any change I needed regardless of how big or small the change was. This process has also created a very awesome keepsake to be able to look back on in the future. The ring turned out absolutely stunning and beautiful. It was exactly to a T what I wanted. “I had a fantastic experience working with custom made! When they truly mean that you’re going to love your ring, they mean it. The first time I ring was sent to me I had an issue with the size of the center stone as I thought it would be bigger. However once I relayed that concern they assured me that I can size up the stone to my desire! I must say I’m absolutely in love with my ring and would recommend this place to anyone”

“I'm still in shock with how incredible this company is. In a world where so many companies are ready to scam you, price-guage you, or make accomodations seem difficult, impossible or like an inconvenience, Custom Made is the true diamond in the rough. I started out my experience over a year ago where I started working on a very specific and intricate design. The designers are incredibly talented as they immediately knew exactly what I was going for and made something similar, yet unique to designs I wanted the ring modeled after. They were patient, kind and accomodating through every single alteration (and there were many). Even at different stages of the process, they were still willing to go back to the drawing board and redesign elements without any extra charges or attitude of inconvenience (which is so rare for some reason)! Not to mention that the designs I chose to do for this ring were incredibly intricate! When circumstances made for a delayed engagement, they were extremely accomodating in shelfing the project for close to a year. When it was time to get back into the design process, everything was so well organized that we were able to pick up right where we had left off. When I officially got the ring, I cried upon seeing it as it was even more stunning that I had imagined! I have tried making custom pieces with other jewelry companies and they are simply not equipped to do it the way Custom Made is. Here are my biggest pieces of advice after going through this process: 1) Trust this company and hold onto them for dear life: They know what they are doing, they are professional, they are EXTREMELY transparent and generous with their prices, and they are absolutely not a scam (I have the ring to prove it). 2) Even though they put their customers at ease by saying this same thing, I'll emphasize: Don't be shy about making all of the adjustments necessary. This is your wedding ring/band and you deserve to have it be perfect. 3) Make sure you also consider the width of your ring, not just the ring size! I'm sure they encourage you to figure that out at some point in the process but I already knew what measurements I wanted (hint: go into a ring store and try some on to get a feel for how you want your ring to look on your finger). I adore this company and every single specialist I worked with. They were incredibly responsive and promp. I even had a sudden deadline (let them know I wanted to expedite the formation and delivery of the ring with very little notice) and they got the ring to me - hand-crafted, polished and all - within days! They were even accomodating after-the-fact and they make free adjustments for 30 days after you've recieved the ring! Also, it is very much worth mentioning the adorable packaging the ring comes in paired with a proposal survival kit and all of the proper documentation needed to insure your ring. I could not recommend Custom Made more and already have told dozens of people to use them.”
