They were flexible and understanding through each of my changes along the way, even the weeks of searching for just the right stone. “I started on designing a ring I wanted a year ago. I had a bunch of different inspirations, and the team worked with me for months as I did various tweaks - with no pressure, no stress, all of that included with the deposit. And when we finally went through on purchase - it was fast! And easy. Constant communication and explanation all the way through. And the craftsmanship!!! Truly couldn't have had a better experience, and feel like this is the best possibly way to make something unique and special to your own needs. I would recommend custommade a hundered times over.”
