“I have designed two rings with Custommade and the process was soo simple, at first I was frightened by the unknown and was afraid they wouldn’t understand what I wanted so I sent them a picture and to my surprise they came back and showed me the ring before they started working on it, also I realized in the process of everything that the design I wanted looked Incomplete and very bare they came back with suggestions and show you images every step of the way. I didn’t realize I wasn’t the designer I that I was but with their experience and background in design my ring turned out amazing!!! They also educate all the steps you take and we’ll as keeping you in the loop!!”

“I have nothing but good things to say about my experience with CustomMade. I designed an engagement ring with them and was so happy with it (and so was my fiance) that I came back for the wedding ring. Both times, I found everyone involved in the process to be helpful, creative and professional. The costs were extremely reasonable and the final rings were perfect. They gave me such an amazing idea to start with but were also really receptive to my ideas and did a great job of implementing them. I have and will continue to recommend CustomMade to anyone thinking of purchasing a custom ring.”

And I wanted to place special emphasis on S—‘s engagement ring, it is something to look at, basically everyone I’ve shown it to or even through the pictures you sent me before it arrived, were simply amazed by the quality of the work! “My experience with custom made was phenomenal. I was a little unsure about doing something online but after a bit of research and reading reviews both good and bad, I decided to pull the trigger. I am so happy that I did because the piece We made together was not only stunning but looked exactly as it was proposed to me by the designers. The rings were amazing and beyond what I had expected but it wasn’t just the product that I was impressed with. The customer service was outstanding. I was picky and made changes throughout the process but no matter what the custom made personal involved where professional and personable. They seemed like they where just as excited as I was which made the process seem like a team effort. They always got back to me with haste and if there was some Miscommunication they ensured they understood what I was asking and rectified any issues. They also sent my ring to me as soon as I approved the final product. I literally received it within the next few days! You can’t pay for that type of genuine customer service. I could not have made a better decision with both the quality of my rings and the people behind this amazing company. I’ve also shared my ring with about 10 family members and every single one of them said the same thing wow! She’s going to love it, where did you get that? Well done and thank you from a man who is about to propose with a show stopper.”

“Had a wonderful experience being guided by the team and they were very informative along the way either providing information or helping answer questions I do not know a lot about the center piece stone! We even hit a snag in the road with my originally selected stone being out of stock but they were kind and offered a variety of selections. The ring came out beautifully and I could not be more excited to propose later this year!”

“I strongly suggest using CustomMade for all of your unique jewelry ideas. I started working on a project and due to unforseen changes in my life experience, buying a house, I wasn't able to complete the project in the time frame in which I originally advised them. Fast forward a year and I am ready to get the ring finished, well I reach out and they were more than happy to pick up where we left off. We ran into a problem with my stone, however, there team immediately notified me and went to work to resolve the issue. They kept me in step alone every twist and turn along the way. I received my ring in more than enough time to present it to my wife on our one year anniversary.It is as UNIQUE as she is and I am grateful for the experience to give her a ONE OF A KIND DESIGN.I stand in GRATITUDE for this amazing business.”

“I was a little skeptical at first because I didn’t know how well they could accomplish my design within my budget but boy did they deliver! Honestly this was one of the best experiences I’ve had working with any company. The associates were incredibly helpful and professional. They worked excellently with my given budget and actually came in under budget with much more than I was expecting. “I was very impressed and pleased with the overall experience and outcome. They communicated every detail to ensure my overall satisfaction and were very quick to respond regardless of the day of the week. Everyone that I spoke with was very nice and willing to help and genuinely concerned for my needs. The piece is absolutely beautiful and very well crafted. The project did not take long at all from start to finish which I was very well pleased with. The ring was done well before my requested date and they still worked to get it done as soon as possible. The shipping was from one day to the next and I was also very pleased. Overall I loved the experience and will definitely return for any future personal jewelry.”
