“I spent six months searching for the perfect trilliant / triangle-shaped diamond that fit my criteria. After months of searching, I became discouraged as many companies do not offer trilliant cut diamonds. I found one company online that did offer them, however, they were extremely difficult to deal with and admitted they were discontinuing to offer those styles of diamonds. I purchased a diamond from them and after a week, they told me they wouldn't sell me the diamond anymore unless I bought a second diamond that matched it! I continued my search for another Jeweler. Luckily I was able to secure a refund, and found the website Custom Made! I told Gerard the jewelry consultant and DJ the gemologist with Custom Made my dilemma with the other company and finding a diamond. Not only did they discover other options for the exact type of diamond I wanted, but they were able to secure the same diamond I wanted from the other jeweler for a couple of hundred dollars less! After securing the exact GIA-certified diamond I was after, Joana the design lead took very careful attention to my specific requests to custom design the perfect engagement ring and wedding band! I used several examples of photos and even drew some sketches for them to help them grasp the idea. They drew several concept designs with very high-quality sketches and 3D renderings to ensure they were creating the exact piece of jewelry I wanted! The design team was very patient and understanding with all of my requests. For example, I liked the idea of one of the first sketches the design team presented, but admittedly after they created the design into a 3D rendering, I disliked the design altogether. I felt bad making them start all over, however, Joana and the team started all over from scratch and nailed the second attempt! This set us back about a week on the schedule, but it was worth getting things exactly right! Lulu and the production team created the set of rings in just a few weeks! The wedding band was very unique and complex, in fact so much complexity that they had to remake a second ring because the first mold did not come out perfect. As a tradesman, something I appreciate about Custom Made is they take extreme pride in their work. Obviously, if I was unhappy about something, they wanted to change it, but they also took the initiative to change things on their own if they didn't like it. They take pride in their work, and that is hard to find these days! The other big thing that I love about Custom Made is their communication. From day one, they listened to every single thing I requested, they asked important questions, and they kept me in the loop! Not once was I ever babysitting them, checking in on things, or repeating details I had already explained-because I didn't need to with them! Overall, I am extremely satisfied with my choice in Custom Made, and my now Fiance loves her ring! If you are on the fence about choosing someone to make your special someone a ring, give yourself peace of mind and chose Custom Made! -Dustin Carlson”

“I was skeptical when I first discovered this website, but as I conversed with the consultant, that quickly started to fade. They worked with me on sketch after sketch until we reached the perfect design, all before paying them a dime. From there the team worked hard to secure the perfect stone and make the rings come to life, which they did flawlessly. My fiancée and I are absolutely in love with the rings and we could not be happier. Will definitely be coming back to Custom Made for future jewelry needs.”

“Custom Made was an amazing experience! There were so many experts that helped personally during the process including, a jewelry consultant, gem expert, design lead, and production lead. They always kept in communication and responded very quickly. They also adapted to any suggestions or changes I wanted and made me a one-of-a-kind unique piece. “I was looking for a necklace with a custom-made pendant and I wasn't sure where to even start. After some general browsing, I found the CustomMade website and thought I'd give it a shot. After submitting the image for my design I received a response within the same night. From there I was walked through the entire process from material selection and design to necklace dimensions. As someone with no prior necklace experience, I can say that I was very confident throughout the entire process. Would recommend to anyone looking for a personalized piece of jewelry.”

“I had a very specific idea for a design and a 1 dimensional drawing of it. It was very difficult to translate into a 3D object. The at Custom Made worked with me for quite a long time to help me get it as close to my vision as possible. They did a great job and my final product was great.”

“My experience with Custom Made was about as good as I could have expected. Service was responsive and informative. The process was simple and seamless. “The staff is very kind, quick to respond, and truly want to ensure each ring's design is the best that it can be, both in quality, and aesthetic design, to match each couple's story. They will not only make the ring, but inform you how their process works, and how each ring is made. The pricing is not cheap, but it is reasonable and fair (but hey, it is custom after all). The staff will work with you to not only design the best ring, but to ensure the best quality diamonds and metals are used for each couple's price range. I was made an amazing ring, and I can't think of anything that would make it better (and I was even on the cheaper side of budgets)!”

“Hello my name is James A. I wanted to let everyone know the Custom Made is the absolute best company for anything custom jewelry made. I had a gorgeous large multi gold and diamond/ gemstone pendant made and the communication was on point. The longest time I waited for a response was less than 12 hours at any given point. Holiday or weekend. They are amazing. The piece came out more beautiful than I even imagined and that is even more impressive. I am no doubt using them for all my future projects of jewelry and my family’s as well. I recommend them to everyone. I will actually be creating a ring that I want them to make in the very near future. Can’t wait to write another amazing review about them. They are the best in the business by a long shot. I used another company before I found them and I will never go back to them. There would be 3-4 days where I wouldn’t even get a message back during the week.
