“Working with a team at Custom Made, was so seamless, they reassured me every step of the way! I started working with them several months in advance, on account of I was indecisive about minor details. But they were always so timely and once I made up my mind the process was very quick and the shipping was so fast!! The ring they made for me was difficult to find and they were able to recreate it with only three pictures, my fiancee really really likes it:)”

“As a non-naturally picky person, I was annoyed that I could not find the perfect ring. And if I couldn't find the perfect ring, I knew my fiance would never find something I would love 100%, so we decided to custom create our one-of-a-kind wedding ring and engagement band. I love them both so much! It started with a small sketch that they improved upon. Every step of the process was easy to understand and I always had someone's help along the way. They made multiple sketches, for free, and the final piece came out better than I had hoped even with my various changes to the initial design. I will be recommending CustomMade to any and everyone.”

“I was never able to find a wedding band set that I really liked and decided to look into having my own made. I came across CustomMade and thought it was worth a try. They were able to take a few ideas I had and turn them into a beautiful ring set. I absolutely love my rings and how they came out. I was very informed about every step and what was happening and I was able to easily tweak my design until it was perfect. I had control over the entire process. I couldn't be happier!”

“At first I was very skeptical of working with Custom Made, because there isn’t a whole lot out there about them. However those nerves were quickly put to rest as they worked with me every step of the way of making my fiancés engagement ring. Answered any question I had. Whether it was pricing, size, shape, colors, etc. they had advice and recommendations ready. The staff was kind and always kept me in the loop throughout the process, as well as being quick to respond. I am active duty military so trustworthy and reliable people are big to me. And that is exactly what custom made is. Trustworthy and reliable. Oh and the ring came out AMAZING. Cameron”

“From start to finish there was excellent communication. Attention to detail throughout and extremely accommodating. Except service and the product is exactly what I was looking for. “They were very attentive with my ring project! They wouldn't settle for anything less then perfection! They will talk to you every step of the way and send you lots of pictures. I will admit I was very nervous when I first started with them but I couldn't be happier with the results!”

“The entire process from start to finish was stress-free, my concept was put to design with no hassle and the 3d renderings were meticulous. Even when I experienced personal difficulties forcing me to delay the project on my end, they were patient, understanding, and accommodating. When I received my pendant it was exactly as I envisioned it right down to the fine detail that went into the runes carved into the edges of the pendant. The price was well worth it, the quality of this piece exceeded my expectations. I will definitely use custommade again for my next project really soon.”

“From my initial contact with Custom Made, the concept for a custom ring was given a spark of life. They explained, in thorough detail, how the process would work moving forward. I had the great pleasure of working with Dwayne through the initial creative stages, watching an idea come to images that were detailed and beautiful. Dwayne’s guidance, questions and attention to detail were outstanding. The project was then turned over to Carla for the actual creation of the ring. She explained each step that would occur and was occurring along the journey. Their attention to detail and communication were exemplary! The pictures I was receiving throughout the process were terrific, but the ring arrived and I was beyond ecstatic! Without a doubt, it is a beautiful, heirloom ring that far exceeded my expectations. The jewelers are true artists and fine craftsmen, Dwayne and Carla are exceptional and Custom Made is an overall class act with excellent customer service. Kudos!”

“Truly an incredible experience. I used CustomMade to make an engagement ring for my fiancee based on her exact specifications. CustomMade was able to deliver where local jewelers could not or would not... and at an affordable price! Other jewelers wanted me to make compromises on a special gift because it was convenient for them. CustomMade understood the importance and was patient and responsive with all my requests. 5 stars, I would recommend to anyone buying a ring to speak with CustomMade first.”
