“I wanted something different for my brother's 50th birthday in November so I thought a signet ring would fit the bill, something not too flash and not too garish. I looked on the internet and found a few. Custom-made offered the process from design to manufacture at a reasonable price. They made the whole process one that was friendly and very helpful all through the steps from the photos I sent them to how they Interpreted them and put them on to a 3d drawing that was remarkable. They help me through all the steps and informed me every step of the way. Very professional and I will be getting one for my farter as it was he who told me of our family crest. I would recommend Custommade for all your bespoke ideas for a ring you wish to make come to life as it is truly a feeling to behold. When you have designed it and then see it in your hand and know they have pulled it out of the bag and made what you had in your mind as an idea and it's really in your hand fantastic thank you CUSTOM-MADE I will post a video when my brother gets his ring. Thank you so much for what you have done thank you.”

“I am so incredibly happy with my purchase. The process starts with a team member getting to know your needs and wants. At no point in the entire process did they try to sell me on anything. There was not any pressure and I was able to work with a team of experts to get exactly what she wanted.”

“I used custommade for to make her engagement ring and her wedding band. She loves them. I really liked the idea of doing something unique and I was surprised to learn it wasn't much more expensive than getting something off the shelf. What surprised me the most about working with them is the patience the team has and their skills. I took about 11 months working with their team and that was not an issue for them. Coming up with new revisions almost weekly until it was perfect. What I would suggest to improve is the Chat-only communication. I feel that these pieces are so important to the buyers that it helps to have the opportunity to talk on the phone or video at least one with the person you're working with. Lastly, if you do like me and get the engagement ring through them, getting the wedding band is really simple because they keep the computer models so you can see what it'll look like together before buying.”

“My experience with CustomMade was superb. I had a specific idea for a signet ring; they replicated the image I uploaded and fabricated a stunning piece for me. They offer a mixed metal option (white gold ring with a gold face), which I hadn't seen elsewhere, and which is really eye-catching. The design process was smooth, the team being very responsive to my ideas and questions. Communication (all on-line) was steady and informative all the way through the process of fabrication and shipment. I recommend CustomMade without qualification for any piece of custom jewelry one has in mind.”

“I worked with CustomMade to create a new ring for my husband on our 10-year wedding anniversary. His original ring was not very unique to him and I wanted him to have a nice piece of Jewelry. When I couldn't find anything in the stores or online, I came across CustomMade, and It was the best choice I made. The team I worked with helped me create a piece that was perfect for him and so unique that I know it was just for him. “I always wanted to create a ring for my wife, something totally unique. Found this site and started out discussing the build and type of stones that I wanted. Found it very easy and the most satisfying experience ever . The personnel were very informative and just awesome to work with . The ring was absolutely gorgeous , the wife cried when she got to open the package and try on the ring . I would highly recommend this site to anyone who would like anything custom .
