“At first I was worried this wasn't legit and I was going to toss my money away. This was not the case. My experience was fantastic! You work with a team to get a design, tweak your design, choose materials, shop for cheaper stones, see the models, then see finished projects before final payment. It showed up a day or two after final payment. I highly recommend custommade!”

“I started with CustomMade because I was looking for something unique, meaningful and that wouldn't cost me an arm and a leg. Every step of the process along the way the team was able to give me a speedy response, lots of options and created my vision into something I knew I would love. To be completely honest, I had no idea what I wanted at the start of this, and everything "off the shelf" just didn't cut it. When I spoke with the team though, hey had no trouble building something that too my breath--and hers-- away! From metal selection, stones and the centre stone, everything was fast, extremely fairly priced and exactly what I wanted. Every little change and request I had was accommodated without any question, it was clear they wanted me to love this. And I do. The thing that blew me away the most though was the speed and responsiveness of everything. If I asked a question, I had an answer that day. If they gave me a timeline, they either stuck to it or beat it. They made the whole day perfect and when the ring arrived, I was able to finally ask the question that I'd been waiting to for so long, and she absolutely loved her ring! Anyone looking for something special for their day, I cannot recommend Custom Made enough. From the price, the customization, the responsiveness and the speed, it cannot be beat. And if you're like me and don't quite have everything figured out, don't worry, they'll help you figure it all out, and you will never feel like they're rushing you to move to the next step.”

“It was really easy to work with them, they were patient, responded fast, explained things well, the ring turned out amazing, it’s the gift I’m most proud to have designed and given. Every time I see it I feel pride and it looks even better knowing that I designed it thanks to the help and hard work of custom made, all of that was possible.”

“I would like to personally thank all of the staff of custom made for making Laura's ring a huge success not only did it have her favorite colors and suggested by the staff waves of the ocean because of her fondness for the beach it has made her the happiest woman on Earth I am delivering it by hand to her on December 2nd and she has told me and I quote do not lose that ring because I cannot find another one like it anywhere so custom made has guided me every step of the way and have delivered to me a Priceless symbol of love”

“Custom Made has made me a masterpiece for my engagement ring. I could not be more in love with and pleased with my ring! I literally find myself staring at it all the time. When I was looking with my boyfriend (now fiancé) at rings I didn’t really find anything that was 100% for me. By taking my preferences and ideas to custom made, I literally got the ring of my dreams. I could not be happier!”

“There is nothing more to say other then WOW. After getting divorced I never thought I would find someone as amazing as the woman I found. She is the most caring and supportive woman ever. I wanted to get her something special and make sure it was truly from my heart. We started looking at local shops, and just couldn't find anything that she or I liked. I was scrolling through Facebook one night as we were facetiming and came across an add for CustomMade.com. After telling Jackie that I loved her and hanging up I got back on and decided to look around on their website. I liked everything that i saw and wanted to know more. I got an email back after a couple of days from them. With questions of what i was looking for we started designing a ring i never thought would be able to match what i see everyday in her eyes. Very kind and helpful right from the beginning. They walked me through every step of the way and sent pictures and descriptions of every step even sent drawings of the design to show a better view of it. From picking out the stone to how I wanted it to look they were more then 100% helpful. Even after making a few changes after the design was finished they redid the rendering and sent it to me to approve the changes. There was constant communication from every one I dealt with and they gave me nothing but quick responses and time to answer when needed. Over all my experience with everyone in the company has been amazing. Even reaching out after it was delivered to make sure it was exactly what I wanted. After receiving it and proposing, I have reached back out to thank everyone and to tell them all that I will be shouting their names if anyone asks where to go. Also that I will be back to get a band made because now she wants one after seeing how beautiful this one turned out and not wanting one to take away from the engagement ring they just made. I am more then satisficed with the ring and to see it in person does not do the pictures justice. It is absolutely stunning and looks so amazing on her finger I never want to see her take it off!! Overall the greatest thing i have ever done was reaching out and seeing what I could do. I would not change anything. Thanks CutomeMade for everything you definitely have a repeat customer!!!! So happy with the ring, and she couldn't be happier!! We both appreciate everything your company did to help us get exactly what we wanted!!”
