“I have to admit, I was a bit worried when I attempted to go through this company, which I’m betting a few of y’all were to. The internet is full of scams and people trying to pull one over on naive people all the time, so who would trust a random site claiming for good deals and something made just for you? Welp, I have given it a chance, and couldn’t be happier. After giving a very vague design idea and free consultation about my goth inspired ring, CustomMade and their designers and staff were able to get me a design that I fell in love with. (After a few bits of trial and error). They walked me through each process, split the payments so you don’t worry about being dropped as soon as you make a payment, and followed up with me regarding every update. Projects like this do take time though, mine took a few months after all. But if you’re willing to wait and work to get something special made, CustomMade is the way to go.”

“We had a very good experience with Custom Made. We had no idea what it would be like to buy a piece of jewelry on line, but it was not a difficult thing to do. We had a team of designers who listened to us and tried hard to get our project exactly right. Our son was very happy with the ring. We look forward to working with Custom Made in the future”

“What a GREAT experience! From design to the product arriving—can’t say that anything can be improved or changed. I will add that as an active duty military member who lives overseas, the shipping process was a little stressful (possibility of it getting lost and insurance), but I was reassured insurance and packaging would be assured. And it was! My husband loves his ring!”

“The ring was designed exactly how I wanted it. I just didn’t expect that the black oxidation on the ring will fade that easy. There is actually black powder inside the box when I opened it. It took the whole experience down the drain. You would expect that all is perfect. But I think the ring was rushed and not done perfectly.”

“At first, I wasn’t really sure about using this website as it all seemed way too easy/too good to be true. That being said, I would 100% recommend using CustomMade for any jewelry projects, and especially for engagement rings. The whole team is a huge help and thoroughly explains every single process in detail, and they really do make your ideas come to life. It is much easier than going into a jewelry store, and you are able to put personal touches on your piece that you wouldn’t be able to do elsewhere. I loved the transparency throughout the entire process, and the team responds quickly. My only issue was that from the professional pictures taken before I received the actual ring and for the price, I thought the engagement ring that I had purchased would have a bigger stone. However, it is beautiful and exactly what I wanted, and I love the box it arrived in as well. I can’t wait to propose to my girlfriend in a few months!!!”
