“From the beginning, throughout the design process, all the way through production and delivery, this business has been awesome to work with. No step was taken without consulting with the customer first to ensure absolute satisfaction was met and every detail was addressed. Response times we’re always expedient and when changes were necessary, they were made exactly as requested. The consulting crew and different team members that I worked with throughout this process were courteous, professional, and fun to work with. They made the process enjoyable, and they made it an experience. No different than going out for a night on the town for dinner, the experience is what you’re paying for! I saw no different with custom made representatives during the development of my ring. I finally returned home yesterday to open the box and see this ring for the first time. I could not be more satisfied with the end product! There were no flaws, and it was built and delivered exactly as described. The pictures and process alone have many of my coworkers interested in working with custom made. I am looking forward to showing this piece to all of them as a means of encouragement to take their first step in developing their own signature piece with custom made.”

“CustomMade is the absolute best! If you are looking for the perfect ring, this is the place!! Everything is made easy as far as communication, design, gem selection, final rendering and, of course, bringing that ring to life. I even made a few tweaks to what I wanted the ring to look like and they adjusted the design without hesitation. All the experts you work with are friendly and knowledgeable. The ring came out exactly how I wanted it and I couldn't be happier!”

“I was expecting it to be a lot thicker than it was but I can see that we never actually discussed that aspect during the entire conversation besides the size of the center diamond. I'm not opposed to the fact that it is small, but the design is a lot harder to see cause of it. Nevertheless, I'm happy with what I have. That said, the process CustomMade takes is quite nice. I loved discussing with each lead during each of the steps. I would've preferred if the production team was as communicative as the rest of the teams instead of sending me generic information, but otherwise it was quite well done. The only reason I went down to 4 stars for Communication & Professionalism is cause I felt the standard was a little lower in the production team compared to the rest of the team. However, I got a unique design that I wouldn't have gotten anywhere else and for that I'm grateful. Shipping however was a pain since they sent it through DHL and DHL France does not clear platinum items through customs. So I had to go through a forwarding agent to deal with it and that cost me a bit more than I was expecting.”

“Custom Made had customized 2 pieces for me so far and will be crafting many more for my family . The process is so easy! There are not enough words to express the level of excellence that the staff exudes! Each step of the process is handled personally by a representative and there is no question or request not fully attended to in a very prompt and timely manner. They use exceptional materials in their crafting and even send you pictures as your personalized piece during each step. If you are seeking a unique gift or something stunning for yourself; you must contact Custom Made to craft it!’”

“I have no complaints whatsoever with the service provided and I must emphasize that the attention was exceptional in each stage of the design, they respond in less than 24 hours and are willing to make the necessary changes so that the ring is perfect, highlighting its emblematic phrase that is "it's not perfect until you say it's perfect " They were even aware of the entire international shipping process despite problems with customs in my country. Excellent service!!!”

“Excellent experience. I am very appreciative of how transparent and communicative they were through the entire process. I ended up spending more money than I had initially wanted to, but it was only because they had such an impressive array of choices and customization options.
