“From the very start I have been overwhelmed at the extent of the personal care and service I have received on my project! EVERY STEP of the way was meticulously explained and documented by each of the designers!! I was walked through the process and sent pictures and made so many changes and they were always very understanding and helpful with ideas and suggestions!! I would recommend them very highly and hope they continue to thrive!!”

“IT’S IN THE NAME!!! CUSTOMMADE! We first started working with them for our engagement rings back in 2017. Through the craze of social media, I happen to stumble upon them on Instagram and haven’t looked away since. I were excited that everything was online but it still felt like I was in-person working one-on-one. That’s the beauty about CustomMade, they take their time, introduce you to their team, while bringing your vision your life and putting your mind at ease. There is always someone there to answer questions and make quick changes if necessary. From the packaging to the ring boxes, we were impressed so much that we also got our wedding rings made for our wedding this year October 2021. With these rings, we were able to send our engagement rings back for an amazing discount on our upgrade. We increase size from 5mm to 8mm which were truly the perfect size. From there I even added 2mm bands to bring the final ring size to 10mm. After postponing our 2020 wedding, I can honestly say I’m and super excited to finally to wear our rings and show off our beautiful work of art. “YOU CAN NEVER GO WRONG WHEN IT’S CUSTOMMADE” - ALEX & DONOVAN SMALLS”

“From the moment I contacted Custom Made I felt like I mattered. They knew what I wanted by asking me specific questions and before you know it they shared an actual drawing of my dream ring. I wasn’t rushed., I never felt pressured and I was informed of every step during the entire process. I am absolutely thrilled with my anniversary band. I especially enjoyed the choices, every aspect along the way was explained. I only wish I had known about Custom Made years ago. I spent way too much of my time running around looking for someone to understand what I wanted including my price point. I am over the moon with our design.”

“To start off, I give an overall rating of 5 stars! From beginning, middle, and end i have been contacted for everything about my project to see how it is coming along and if I want any adjustments or changes. The kindness they have applied in making sure I really love my purchase was outstanding and super appreciative. I'm new to buying a ring and knew absolutely nothing, but with their guidance and expertise i believe we made the perfect engagement ring that im thrilled to show my future fiancé. The whole idea of custom made is great i really felt apart of making the ring. I recommend them highly and will be using their services again in the future.”

“Honestly this was a very easy and fun process. This company took care of me and understood the picture i was trying to paint. They didn't judge the project or say my ideas were stupid. They had compassion, empathy, and clearly love what they do. I will be using them again. Communication was consistent. They even recognized when they made a mistake on the ring and instead of sending it to me they remade the piece. A company with integrity is worth it. Love you guys!”

“Custom Made makes such an amazing, quality product and they do it with some of the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. From start to finish, the process is extremely organized and handled by a team of professionals that take care of every little details. When designing my ring, we went through approximately 15 different design tweaks. The staff was patient, understanding, and always professional and kind. The product itself came out better than I could have hoped. My design was so complicated that I couldn’t find another company willing to or able to make it. CustomMade knocked it out of the park! I hope to and plan to see CustomMade around for a long time to come.”

“My name is Staff Sergeant Harper. I knew when I first got together with my girl that I wouldn't be able to do anything less than find a perfect ring. I needed something unique and maybe with some reference to our life. The ability to make a top quality custom ring was baffling to me, and I didn't really know how much that it was going to cost. From the moment I reached out to even after I received the ring, I was constantly updated with the whole process and time lines. There is nothing I wouldn't recommend more if you want to get your significant other something truly unique. The quality and appearance of the final product even to me (and I do not care about this sort of stuff) was absolutely amazing. Highly recommend”

“As a family we could not be more pleased with our CustomMade experience. CustomMade helped our family create an heirloom ring that me and my brother purchased ourselves and now present to each son on their 18th birthday. “I had a really good experience designing an engagement ring and wedding band with Custom Made. All of the staff throughout the process were very responsive, helpful, and patient. I asked a lot of questions and got really timely responses. They were also really focused on making sure they got the designs where I wanted them to be. I'm glad I stumbled upon their website.”

“I want to be totally honest about my experience but please understand some of the issues I experienced were of my own making. The quality of the work is exceptional. The stones are beautiful and workmanship of the metal is spectacular. I had a few moments of concern because I do not have much experience ordering custom jewelry online and the delays had me starting to wonder about getting taken for my deposit and first half payment. I am very glad to say that I was wrong. In fact as soon as I voiced my concern, my team went above and beyond to explain the delays and reassure me. I will be coming back for all my custom jewelry needs.”
