“The experience was very nice! They listened to everything I had to say, and walked me through every step. When I wasn't happy with something they were very understanding and did everything they could to ensure I was happy. And they were very understanding when I wanted to change something. They were very honest with me and were so nice and helpful! I am very happy with my rings! I would definitely recommend them!”

“The experience was amazing. I received both my engagement ring and wedding band set from custom made thanks to my fiance. I figured why not get him a custom ring as well. The process was amazing, the team I worked with made it so easy, and the end product was beautiful! Now my fiance and I will have a unique band set just for us!”

“I found that every team that I worked with were helpful and patient. It was useful getting the attachments so I could see the possibilities for my ring. I was particulery impressed when discussing the shoulders of the ring that I mentioned a celtic design that is associated with this area and the next day Charlie had found it.”

“Im not one to ever make reviews, but thought they were so good and nice, i had to share my experience!! My fiance had my ring custom made here and had nothing but great things to say when he was telling me about the process. It was now my time to get his ring made, my only thought was it would be so cool to have them make his too. They were so quick to respond and showed all details. They were so helpful when it came to designing his ring giving tips and more on the design to help give it its uniqueness. Id recommend them to everyone if i could!!”

“Such a great team! I felt like I had a whole team supporting and encouraging the ideas and offering their own professional advice and it really made the vision for the ring come to life! “I had a great experience from start to finish. I provided ideas of what I wanted for the wedding ring, and Custom Made gave me informative information about my ideas and how they could impact the quality and longevity of the ring. It felt like a smooth process, and they responded on time. I also enjoyed behind-the-scenes information about the process, which was neat info. When our ring arrived, which was a custom wedding ring, I was so surprised by the package it arrived in. I loved everything they provided, in addition to the ring. I had a ring created at another site, and this extra sentiment they provided was very sweet and thoughtful. It made the process feel less transactional, and I felt more cared for and heard as a customer. Also! I spent hours searching the web to find a company that could create custom rings, and I chose this one because of the gallery of past rings they had made. I showed me the craftsmanship fitted what I wanted.”
