“My experience was amazing from start to finish! I had come to the Custom Made because I had an idea of an engagement ring (my girlfriend had her own specifications I’d taken notes of as well). I sent them all the details of what I wanted and they got right to work, designing it. During the process, they explained each step in detail, anticipated most of my questions, and had visual aids already prepped to make sure I was never confused about what was happening. The customer service was so on point and even when I thought I was nitpicking too much, they were still kind and willing to make every alteration to the 3D model of the ring so it could turn out exactly like I wanted. It came out even better than I could’ve ever imagined and I was able to expedite it once I realized I had a proposal date. They’re at the top of my list for complimentary wedding bands and thanks to their help, I can’t wait to propose.”

“The team at custom made did an absolutely fantastic job with the ring- smooth sailing all the way from initial design through finished product. “Absolutely amazing customer service and quality. the ring is perfect in every way and has all the ideas i shared. The delivery packaging is also perfect really higlights the importance of the ring and life moment! And also the amazing delivey time being an over seas customer. I will definetly be using custom made again in the near futute for our wedding bands. Thankyou so much custom made and all the team for such a unique and personalised experience.”

“I was super hesitant about using an online vendor for something as important as an engagement ring, but I was not at all disappointed. “CustomMade did a phenomenal job, start to finish, with my ring project, which was TRULY custom, start to finish. All those that I worked with were incredibly considerate, excited, and respectful of the (overtly!) Catholic wedding ring I had in mind for my future husband! “CustomMade was a fantastic experience. Responses were quick and everything was streamline. I wasn’t entirely sure what I wanted coming into the experience but everyone I spoke with was supportive and helped walk me through everything until the perfect ring was made! I’ve already recommended it to my friends and some of them are even working on their own creations! I would submit a photo of my ring but I’ll be proposing soon with it and would hate to ruin the surprise!”
