“I cannot believe how easy the process was to bring my fiance's ring to life. I presented my idea of an ideal engagement ring to the team. I had a very unusual design in mind and I was becoming discouraged at the fact that very few companies are willing to go the extra distance to help create an actual treasure. CustomMade.com DID! From the beginning, I was included in every step of the process and my ideas, as unusual as they were, were created in a stunning piece of art that will forever show how much I love the woman that chose me to share life with. “Custom Made has a very solid business model. I have for years worked as a Product Development Engineer designing custom tooling and products for customers in the medical device field. Custom Made’s process, from inception to production, is the world I work in and these guys know how to run it. But the thing that really made it work for me is their focus on “Voice of the Customer”. The team that made my ring didn’t just hear what I wanted, they listened - at every step along the way. And that made all the difference in the world to me.”

There's lots of option to choose from, and even better than that, you get to personally suggest your own options with a little bit more info!! They are willing to work with you in a broad price range, and they even send it in a box full of everything you might need before, during and after you put a ring on it!”

“Everyone I was in contact with was a pleasure to work with. They were knowledgeable, patient, and willing to rework anything to make the vision come to life. I was always in the loop during the process and felt in control of how the project moved forward.
