“From beginning to finish, Custom Made were great! Every step of the design process was communicated with me and the design team were amazing to work with. Regular updates, pictures and constant communication were some of the many reason why this experience were amazing, not to mention, the final product was phenomenal. Would definitely recommend Custom Made to family and friends!”

“I had a wonderful experience with the process as a whole as well as every individual person I walked to/worked with. Everyone was so kind and supportive and also very knowledgeable. I have already been recommending the site to anyone in the market for any rings! Our wedding bands turned out BEAUTIFULLY and we are in love with them!”

“We managed to get ourselves a beautiful piece at a better cost and with the assistance of an amazing staff. Everyone involved made sure that our project was exactly how we envisioned it and responded to any questions or concerns in a reasonable timeframe. Not to mention the fact that we ordered it during a busy season and CustomMade still delivered the piece to us as fast as they could. 100/10 would buy from again!”

“I cannot begin to explain how impressed I am with CustomMade. From start to finish the process was extremely easy, smooth, too good to believe, but they are phenomenal! I’m writing this review 2 hours after my proposal, the ring is beautiful, the staff are extremely knowledgable and helpful. Every single person I spoke with treated me like royalty, they pulled out all the stops. I would recommended them highly to anyone! THANKS SO MUCH AGAIN! You made our always and forever amazing!”

“Working with CustomMade was a wonderful experience from start to finish. The communication was incredible and the care they put in to executing your designs can’t be beat. “I was looking to get a custom piece done by our local jeweler, but he was unable to do it at the time so I went online and found Custom Made. I must admit I was hesitant about doing this cold for all sorts of reasons; all of which proved to be totally unfounded. From start to finish CustomMade kept me informed and aware of the progress with regular emails with photos as appropriate. Yes it does take a while to get something done to suit your individual needs, but Custom made did in a lot less time than I thought it would. My one mistake- my wife was borrowing my phone to look at some of our recent photographs and there was her CustomMade jewelery right in front of her. So much for a surprise Valentine's Day gift. But she loved it and it made it even more unique to explain it all to her. Would I recommend CustomMade- Yes, without a doubt.”
