“Both my wife and I purchased wedding rings for each other from CustomMade. As she bought (and designed) mine first, I used the design she created to build a complementary version for her. It turned out better than I could have imagined and the consultations and updates were thorough and frequent. Very pleased with my experience.”

“I cannot begin to describe how fantastic this company is. The entire process I was kept informed provided visuals and any updates as necessary. The ring is detailed and have exquisite design. The absolute perfect gift for Christmas as well as a new family heirloom.”

“The ring is gorgeous and even more beautiful than what I could have hoped. There was an issue with delivery, UPS delivered at the wrong address, but the team tracked it down and had it shipped to me right away. I will update once I propose in about 20 days.”

“Amazing! They walked me through the whole process for my husband's ring, it's one of a kind and really well made. He loves it. The design process is really thorough and then it gets delivered right to your house, you don't have to go to a jewelry store or anything. It was also nice knowing that if anything went wrong it would be fixed since they are so responsive throughout the whole process. Will def be ordering from here again.”

“CustomMade was great! I had been looking at engagement rings for a couple of weeks and had lots of ideas on what I wanted, but couldn't find the perfect ring. CustomMade made it super easy. I was able to provide ideas from my Pinterest and a description of what I wanted, and they did all the rest. The final price was under budget and they kept my updated each step of the way. We received the ring and it is perfect!”

“Fist of all, I was expecting one or two people to work on this project, not a whole team of people. Each is specialized in their field be it design, metallurgy, or gemology. They have knowledgeable and friendly staff that are ready to assist with any modifications. I purchased an engagement ring and wedding band. They took minor ideas and a sketch and turned it into exactly what I wanted.”

“Highly recommend this company. The design team was fantastic in helping me put on paper the idea that I had in my head. Every department on the customer service side is incredibly responsive (always same day response even on weekends). Stated deadlines were met and if a deadline was not going to be met, they communicated that early and clearly.”

“They were really great honestly, I gave them such a complex design and they really got it together and helped me out!
