“My engagement ring turned out absolutely beautiful! The process was so smooth and the response from every specialist I worked with was so patient and supportive! I was constantly requesting design changes and even I felt I was annoying but they were so accommodating and positive the entire time and helped me create my perfect ring! They never left me hanging and answered all my questions diligently! Absolutely professional in the customer service department and I'm so happy with everything that I'm already starting on my wedding bands through them! 10/10 would recommend!”

“The process could not have been easier. I placed an order for a custom engagement ring. All I had was one single picture of what I wanted, and it came out perfect. The pricing was very reasonable and the quality is outstanding. I am not planning on getting engaged again, but if I did I would order from here again.”

“Got a Sapphaire engagement ring for my fiancé done with them. Customer service is the best in the game. Super responsive, and always made sure the ring was exactly what i envisioned. They made sure at every step to explain to me all my options and the advantages and disadvantages of each and were very honest about pricing as well. The ring came out beautiful and just like she wanted. I couldn't be happier. I highly recommend!”

“CustomMade makes great work, this is the second order I've gotten from them and I continue to be impressed with their work and attention to detail. Throughout the entire development process they stay in touch and are quick at accommodating changes. I highly recommend them for anyone looking to get a beautiful custom made project. I designed a custom pendant with them and it came out perfectly!!!”

“What a wonderful team at this company. They worked so wonderfully with me every step of the way. I was unsure on exactly what they wanted and they would send me multiple pics of what I was looking for. We finally found the one that I wanted. I have gotten so many compliments on my new ring and I have given out this website to many that want the same thing. I will definitely be using them for future items.”

“From beginning to finish, Custom Made were great! Every step of the design process was communicated with me and the design team were amazing to work with. Regular updates, pictures and constant communication were some of the many reason why this experience were amazing, not to mention, the final product was phenomenal. “We managed to get ourselves a beautiful piece at a better cost and with the assistance of an amazing staff. Everyone involved made sure that our project was exactly how we envisioned it and responded to any questions or concerns in a reasonable timeframe. Not to mention the fact that we ordered it during a busy season and CustomMade still delivered the piece to us as fast as they could. 100/10 would buy from again!”

“I cannot begin to explain how impressed I am with CustomMade. From start to finish the process was extremely easy, smooth, too good to believe, but they are phenomenal! I’m writing this review 2 hours after my proposal, the ring is beautiful, the staff are extremely knowledgable and helpful.
