“Working with CustomMade was a wonderful experience from start to finish. The communication was incredible and the care they put in to executing your designs can’t be beat. I felt so taken care of throughout the entire process in designing my husband’s wedding band. They will always be a part of our story. You do not need to look any further for the best custom jewelers because they are it!”

“I was looking to get a custom piece done by our local jeweler, but he was unable to do it at the time so I went online and found Custom Made. I must admit I was hesitant about doing this cold for all sorts of reasons; all of which proved to be totally unfounded. From start to finish CustomMade kept me informed and aware of the progress with regular emails with photos as appropriate. Yes it does take a while to get something done to suit your individual needs, but Custom made did in a lot less time than I thought it would. My one mistake- my wife was borrowing my phone to look at some of our recent photographs and there was her CustomMade jewelery right in front of her. So much for a surprise Valentine's Day gift. But she loved it and it made it even more unique to explain it all to her. Would I recommend CustomMade- Yes, without a doubt.”

“The team at CustomMade did a wonderful job with the ring I requested! They hepled me to nail down a unique piece after seeing some inspiration that I liked. The process was very simple with easy to understand steps and personal emails all along the way. The piece that I received was flawless and exactly what I was looking for!”

“I recently graduated with my undergraduate degree and wanted a class ring to celebrate my achievements. I was not too fond of the cookie-cutter designs my school offered so a family member showed me CustomMade and I decided to reach out. From the start the team that I had was great, they made sure I was updated every step of the way and that I was 100% satisfied before they moved on. During the design phase, I was able to tell my designer what I was looking for, and working from a very broad idea was able to narrow it down to the perfect custom design. When my ring finally arrived I was thrilled and loved it. It was exactly what I envisioned I can't stop showing it off to my friends and family.”

They were super helpful and friendly throughout the entire process, and the end product is absolutely gorgeous! And all for a great price! “I was so skeptical of what I was going to get or if it was a scam because there’s so many things out there nowadays you just don’t know what you’re getting yourself into but custom made actually took my logo and made me a necklace that I wear every day Thanks to the designers and the people who manufacture it .. “The service and attention I recieved were excellent. I submitted a rather difficult and detailed design for the face of my signet ring and the Custom Made team didn't hesitate. They walked me through the entire process, and even owned up to a casting error which I never would have known about had they not chosen to share it. Transparency and honesty throughout the process. It took a couple of months to recieve the finished product and I'm very happy with the results.”
