“My husband and I had a "restart" on our marriage 20 years ago, I hadn't worn my original wedding set since and had sold it. 20 years of not having an actual wedding set and my husband told me he wanted to replace it. So I start looking, and looking... and looking.... and could not find what I was looking for. Sure there were pretty rings but nothing that met what I wanted in a set. I told my husband I might not find what I wanted and he said, find it even if you have to have it custom made (within a fairly strict budget). So I started researching where I could have one custom made, but I was sooo anxious about having one made without seeing it in person and the price to do so. I stumbled across CustomMade and after hours of reading reviews, BBB ratings, and a lot of prayers, my husband and I decided to go ahead and start the process. After the first few interactions my anxiety began to lessen. They LISTENED to what I wanted and didn't want, and they were so quick to respond, I went back and forth with the designers so many times, I was afraid they would get tired of me, but they were so patient and quick to make any adjustments or changes. They mean it when they say they aren't happy until you are 100% satisfied! The options they give you are just wonderful and I was shocked to find that I could get the ring of my dreams set in platinum, with diamonds and sapphires within my budget! Continuing through the process, I got an email stating, it's done BUT.... yep there was a but! During the quality checks, there was a gap in the ring that was not supposed to be there! They wouldn't send out a ring that did not meet their standards, they sent me details photos of the gap and explained the circumstances. They completely remade my ring from scratch to make sure it met the quality standards. While I hated this due to the time delay and remaking it took markedly longer than the original process, the next set of pictures I got showed me everything looked exactly as we had planned and I had a lot of comfort in knowing they set such high standards for their pieces. Shipping was BEYOND fast (they overnighted it!) I now have the most stunning ring on my finger I have ever seen. It is everything I had hoped for and more. Thank you so much CustomMade for making a 20-year dream a reality, above and beyond my highest expectations. Attached are photos of the CAD drawing, and finished product that photos just don't do justice to!”

“Overall I am very happy with the experience I had with CustomMade. The team was responsive at all parts of the process, the design team did a good job working within my budget while still making a great looking ring. My only hiccup was with a quote for some accent stones that ended up being priced at 3x the quote. The gem expert was able to supply some alternative options and I did end up finding stones I was very happy with. Overall I enjoyed the process and the ring arrived well packaged and safe.”

“The design process was simple and easy; I already had a design in mind when I came to them. They were able to create a ring almost exactly how I'd pictured it. The process to pay and get everything was simple and laid out in very plain terms; it's very difficult to get that wrong. Come time to propose, my fiance said yes, and she was in love with the ring. Everyone was courteous and helpful through every step, and all my questions were answered promptly. Most likely will come back in the future for other projects.”

“I decided that I wanted to have special ring made for my husband's 50th birthday. I started the conversation with Custom made on July 13 and by Aug 3rd, the ring was delivered. It was a very profesional process. Answering my many questions along the way. My husband was very surprised and loved it. For many years, my husband has not worn any jewelry at all. Not his wedding ring, watch or school ring. Since he received his ring, he has not taken it off!! Need I say more! Thank you Custommade!!”

“I am beyond grateful for the final product, my custom necklace, and the high quality and professional experience in creating it. CustomMade worked so hard to create the exact piece I envisioned in my mind and did a lot in showing so many different styles just to make sure I was happy before anything was actually put to metal. “When i first approached the CustomeMade team i was a bit nervous because that was the first time i ever design a jewelry piece online. However, this feeling has transformed greatly and that's mainly due to the professional way the CustomeMade team has communicated with me and assisted me during the selection , design and production process for my piece. Another thing that i really liked about this experience with CustomeMade was the delivery. They shipped my piece internationally and it reached me within three business days which i did not expect. “Communication was clear and constant. Multiple iterations of my ring design were presented without hesitation, and more when changes were requested. They provided great updates with examples of their process as my piece was being made. When I received my ring, I was thoroughly impressed with the quality. The renders/models shown throughout the design phase were very true to the real ring. I am very happy with my ring and can't wait to pass it on to one of my boys one day. Thank you guys for having such great attention to detail and great service! I feel like I have received an heirloom.”
