“My entire experience with Custom Made was beyond phenomenal, I only wish I found Custom Made earlier because I would have ordered my wedding band from them! Throughout the entire creation process, there was constant clarity and communication from the Custom Made Team, and they always sent helpful guides and pictures to make sure I was comfortable with all design decisions I made. The Signet Ring I ordered for my Fiancé came out far better than I could have ever imagined, and I cannot wait to give it to him. “Custom Made was by far one of the most amazing experiences I have ever had with a custom designer/maker on or offline, the team that worked with my fiancé and I working on my wedding ring were someone of the informative and kind people I’ve ever worked with in the service and design industry, they were extremely prompt communicators usually responding within 3 hours of any communication that was made and always promptly informing us if something possibly wouldn’t work, there was no runaround or hassle with the pricing and they were always extremely upfront and transparent with us. I truly canon recommend this company enough, we will most definitely be coming back to get heirlooms made and I am confident that they will persist for generations. Thank you to our team at custom made, you truly could not have done a better job!”

“I had a great experience with CustomMade! I was able to provide some ideas for a ring that I had in mind and the team at CustomMade was able to bring all of the ideas together to make a beautiful final product. The team was also very friendly and understanding of my requests and would respond very quickly any day of the week. I was a bit worried because I needed the ring completed and sent to me within 6 weeks, but the team delivered the completed ring to me within my time frame. I had a great experience and plan to use CustomMade again in the future for other jewelry.”

“Custommade.com is a very good website to use for personalized jewelry. I used it to design my fiancé’s engagement ring and we both love how it turned out, her especially of course! they respond very quickly, give you plenty of options and expert’s input in the designing process, and their payment system is very fair too. They were quite patient with me as it took me many months to completely pay it off, but when I finally did they delivered the completed ring within a week of that payment. It is a very awesome experience and I highly recommend it.”

The kind and caring team were very helpful and attentive until the rings were in my hands. “I worked with a few people during the process of making my fiancés wedding ring, and it was an easy, exciting, and professional experience. They were able to design a ring I could never find in a store that also holds sentimental value to me as well. Thought out the process, they would check in and make sure I was happy with how the process was going, as well as changing or modifying anything I asked. They walked me through step by step of what they do to make the ring and answered any questions I had. I had 0 doubts through out the process because they were in constant contact with me, and when I got my ring I couldn’t be happier with how it turned out. I would 100% recommend CustomMade to anyone who is looking for custom jewelry. They did an outstanding job from start to finish”

“One of the best places I've looked at and I have no regrets going through the process with them. Everything was super easy to understand and everyone I worked with was so polite, helpful and always went over the top to make sure the ring was perfect. Shipping was so quick (even to put of the country) and they made sure to check with me to make sure everything was good afterwards.
