“I was very impressed with the product and the company. Their team(s) worked with me every step, from the design aspect to the actual finished product. The production team kept me appraised of where my ring was at the production from 3d model to the tree mold. I was hesitant at first because this was my furst experience with ordering an expensive item on line. But, it was an AWESOME experience. Thank you”

“The staff at custommade worked with me to create exactly the ring I wanted for my engagement. I had them change the concept drawing a few times to improve on what I had explained, and they perfected the concept I had in my head. The process was quick, they worked with me to pay over a little bit of time, and delivered it to a different country faster than I expected. When it arrived, it was everything I was hoping for, and I know my future wife will love it. I very much recommend this company if you want a piece that is completely original, and beautiful.”

“The experience was one of the best I have had with any jewelry purchase - the team was knowledgable, responsive and helpful. I also did not feel like they were trying to oversell me - in fact, the opposite. When I suggested bigger side stones they told me it would overpower the center stone and they were right. I would 100% use them again. The final piece was even more beautiful than I could have hoped for!”

“My entire experience with Custom Made was beyond phenomenal, I only wish I found Custom Made earlier because I would have ordered my wedding band from them! Throughout the entire creation process, there was constant clarity and communication from the Custom Made Team, and they always sent helpful guides and pictures to make sure I was comfortable with all design decisions I made.
