“I am thrilled with my ring. I wanted a ring to remember my parents who both passed away. The ring has my birthstone in the middle with my father and mother's birthstone on either side with an angel wing. It is perfect!! The process was very easy and the designers were awesome and very helpful. Quality is excellent!!”

“It’s difficult to put your trust on such a big investment or project with an online retailer. It’s not the easiest thing to wrap your head around but I can say that custommade from start to finish made this experience easy and trustworthy. From the initial start of speaking with team members on what kind of ring you want created, then explaining the process and constantly keeping you updated to ensure that the perfect ring you design comes out the way you pictured it. No matter how many times you may have changed the design, or changed a small part of the ring, the team would always listen and fix any imperfections to see that the ring was to your liking. After finally receiving the ring, we couldn’t have been more pleased and delighted with the final product. It was so elegant and the craftmanship was higher than we expected. The 3D rendering didn’t do the ring justice. We have nothing but positive things to say about the website, the consultants, the end product. This is a company that you can put your trust into designing the perfect ring for that special someone.”

“I have had CustomMade make my original engagement ring and my fiancée was absolutely in love with it and unfortunately on a trip she lost it in the ocean and was absolutely devastated and after messaging my original team they were all willing to help out with the remake I wouldn’t want anyone to work on the engagement ring. If you want an amazing ring and your perfect ring then work with this team they won’t fail you at all.”

“When my fiancé’s friends see the ring they say they love it but when she tells them I helped design it their jaws drop and I can’t count the amount of “awwws” or how many “stop that’s the cutest thing ever!” We have gotten. Personally the experience of working with a designer to craft the perfect ring, watching it come to life through 3D rendering and finally being sent stunning images of your fully realized ring has been the coolest experience I have ever had! I was nervous at first, buying this important of a ring online. But CustomMade’s staff worked tirelessly with us to create a piece that we weren’t just satisfied with but loved!”

“I was understandably nervous about using the site at first. Putting my money into a jewelry company online did not seem to be a good decision. However, at every stage of the process, I was pleasantly surprised. This service came with the reasonability of going to a trusted person again and again with the flexibility of online assistance. Responses were quick and pleasant; I always felt like the team cared about my project as well. Every single staff member I interacted with was so professional and personal. The project they were able to develop with little information is amazing. I cannot recommend this service enough. “Pretty great experience all-around, so long as your timeline isn't too tight. Much more direct involvement than expected, this literally felt like a personal consultant that converted a rough sketch/idea into a proper design (think, interior design architect) Tons of back and forth (in a good way) and this resulted in a great ring that feels extremely close to what I had in mind, contrary to literally thousands of rings I found online which each lacked that one detail I wanted. End-to-end 3 months to get it done, but probably can be compressed if people are better than me at making design decisions.”
