“I have never worked with a company with such an high value for customer satisfaction as Custommade! Everything went perfectly, from the design (of a ring for my wife) to the delivery. At each step, the team from Custommade was: 1) very helpful (and full of good advices) 2) polite and professional; 3) listening to my requests and guiding me towards the best solution; 4) extremely reactive! Not to mention the beautiful piece of art they realized for me! Looking forward for the next project! In the meantime, I recommend them!”

“This team is great! They are patient, courteous and know their stuff. What I would say is that you really need to know what you want as you need to be very prescriptive in your brief to them. It would be a good idea to give them estimated weight of pieces and have a clear idea of size. They don’t mind how many times they have to rework your piece, after all you paying for something unique. And when it comes, it is so beautifully packaged. It took a lot for me to trust this format, and I have no qualms in recommending them. Go on, give them a go, you won’t regret it.”

“My fiancé used CustomMade for my engagement ring and I used them for his wedding band. They were truly the easiest and best to work with! They answered every single question we came up with, they walk you through every step of the process, they have tons of literature that explains things about jewelry making such as different types of metals, finishes, gems, and such!! They also ask about the budget up front and give a lot of options to make sure the project stay within budget! It was so cool to be involved in every step of the process and getting to approve every detail of these very special rings we will have for the rest of our lives!! Truly a one of a kind experience! I couldn’t recommend them more!”

“CustomMade.com exceeded my expectations! My wife had her wedding ring stolen. That ring meant the world to both of us. We were Highschool sweethearts and that ring was purchased when I was a teenager. It represented a lifetime of struggle and adventure that we have been through together. It was one of a kind so I couldn't just go have it replaced. When she opened that box and started crying she said, "that is my ring !" “CustomMade is a wonderful business! They did a fantastic job of creating a custom ring for my husband. They kept in constant contact and made sure we knew what was going on in every phase of the production. They people we dealt with were all very kind and enthusiastic. “This team was absolutely fabulous to work with! They helped me on a budget friendly ring for my wedding and didn't try to upset me, knowing I has a hardset budget to work with. They were very knowledgeable and helpful when helping with the finer details of my Fiancé's ring. They were also very responsive and kept me up-to-date throughout the entirety of the project! I will definitely be using them for future projects!”

“The people I worked with at Custom Made were amazing every step of the way. They were very careful to make sure I was getting what I wanted. They were respectful of my budget and gave me options of ways to keep the project within my budget like size of the gemstones, number of accent stones, kind of band. The best part was they let me link her Pinterest board and their designers were able to get most of their inspiration from there, but still customize it to us.”

“I was looking online for the perfect engagement/wedding ring set. I knew exactly what my fiancé to be wanted and it was not the usual combination of gem and metal. I found Custom Made on an internet search. I could not be happier with the entire process. I have never been through the process of making a custom piece of jewelry. I cannot imagine that this is a better way to do this process. The communication was excellent! I dealt with nothing but experts with every detail along the way.
