“What an amazing process. From initial contact to delivery of the engagement ring, the team at CustomMade held my hand through every step of the way. I received top-notch communication and guidance, I never had to "guess" if work was being done -- I knew every stage as it was happening. The quality of work is phenomenal! What an absolutely GORGEOUS ring. My fiancée was just as floored by the quality as I was. I could go on for hours about the team, but I'll just sum it up by saying "Absolutely work with these guys if you want something truly special".”

“I researched quite a bit looking for a certain type of band. I know a lot of jewelry stores talk about the diamond, but the band to me was more important. This was usually because they just swap bands around and the diamond and call it custom. Well, custom made doesn't do that. It's really 100% custom. When my girlfriend sent me their website, I was very skeptical so I kept searching for the band. It was ridiculously hard finding this type of band which was called an ariel half bezel bypass. In the end, there were limitations so I took a chance...still skeptical. I talked to the staff and they ran through the whole process with me. This was SOO smooth that now that it's all finished, I wish I did this sooner. From the band, to the diamond, to the creation...they involve you in every process and YOU make the call to move on. They don't move on without you. They also keep their deadlines very well. If they tell you a date, then be sure that's when they will contact you the latest. I really enjoyed this entire process, they made an ideal ring that I could only dream of with other stores. This was also very affordable for me as I went over budget slightly (only because I know my girlfriend's personality...had to go up a little more). I'm beyond pleased with their service and have every intention to return for them to also develop a wedding band to match this ring. I posted a picture they sent me of the ring below because my pictures were just worse and blurry. Yes, the ring is smaller than the picture appears, but they are just trying to show you the close up shots. The measurements are accurate....just doesn't hit you until you pick it up.”

“I was helped along through this experience by very knowledgeable people every step of the way. Every question was answered in thoughtful and easy-to-understand language. We were able to bring a piece to life just from my imagination rather than finding "the one" behind a glass display which is such a more intimate experience. Everything felt fair and reasonable and notable consideration was taken to understand my situation, finances, and goals to make this work. Besides all that, the ring came out gorgeous and feels very much like a hand-crafted personal piece. Everything came together just as I imagined and I know the lady who will say yes is going to love her forever ring too. :)”
