“From start to finish CustomMade was a joy to work with. My ring came out gorgeous, I get so many compliments and constantly find myself just staring at it. The white opal center stone is so vivid that a friend even mistook it for a fire opal. If I had to critique anything, when using the center stone sizing tool not all ring sizes are available, so I had to take a bit of a guess. Now that I have the ring, I know that I would have gone 0.5mm larger if I'd been able to see the stone in my actual size. Seems like a tiny difference I know, but I could choose the size in 0.5mm increments. Also, there were multiple times when chatting with agents during the design phase when I had to repeat myself because something I said or asked about went unacknowledged in the response. It all worked out in the end though and I have a lovely ring. Thank you CustomMade!”

“This is a great company for making what you want into a reality. They are very easy to work with and are very helpful during the design phase. I like how they give you a 3d rendering of what your piece will look like. Overall very satisfied with the 3 rings that I got from CustomMade.”

“This has been one of the most enjoyable purchases I have ever made in my life. The team kept me informed in every way possible. Every step was explained. Every idea I had was taken on board. I can't recommend custom made enough as a company. The idea I had was very personal and I didn't think anyone could bring it to fruition. Well, I guess I was wrong because these amazing people did just that. I have another idea that I'd like to bring to life so I will be coming back to custom-made this Christmas.”

“I had a great experience with CustomMade, and I would totally use them again in the future. You work with several team members along the process, and each of them was friendly and helpful. It’s a lot of fun to request certain elements or changes to be made for the ring, and then getting to see what the artist draws up. The artist also finishes their designs pretty quickly, so you get an update at least twice a week, it feels. The ring my fiancée had made was based off a design I drew, which was based off of her opinions, so the fact they were able to draw up, 3D model, and then actually create a ring that so accurately resembles what we had in mind, is pretty crazy. The finished product is very impressive, and I think it looks even better in person. Also, it wasn’t that expensive. I was pleasantly surprised by the price of the ring given the work that goes into it, but maybe that’s because we got an inexpensive gemstone, it’s hard for me to say! It’s certainly a unique ring that I don’t expect to be finding on anyone else, and all of that is thanks to CustomMade.”

So I returned the favor and had his wedding band created through CustomMade, too. Both rings match perfectly and were made quickly and painlessly. “I had an anniversary ring made for our 50th anniversary. My wife loves the ring. I looked into several custom jewelry makers and decided on Custom Made because it is legitimate and spoken of highly by those who used them. Working with them was easy, pleasant and efficient. Custom Made was in contact with me and kept me informed every step of the way-- from helping me with my initial design to the finished product. I even made several changes along the way. If you are seeking professional high quality custom rings, from my experience I recommend you use Custom Made. Bob”

“Everyone that worked on my project was super nice and patient. I needed time to work on my budget and they were extremely understanding of that. Then once we got the project started the ring was in my hands within just a few weeks. They even sent a guide for dealing with proposal stress.”

“Amazing experience working with CustomMade. Honestly not a single fault or complaint, everything was quick, fast communication, fast adjustments whenever asked (and I wanted quite a few adjustments). They also ended up delivering the final ring much quicker than expected. Always super helpful with any questions, explaining everything in detail, every step of the way. Highly recommend!”

“Every aspect of working with Custommade has exceeded my expectations! From the start of creating the design, to completion of the finished product has been a very positive experience! The communication between staff, designers, and myself has been exceptional. I felt they were with me, listening, creating, and allowing me to make small design changes until I was satisfied with the end product. “My experience started out with a ton of skepticism. I didn’t know what to expect, but I took a shot and I couldn’t be happier. The team assigned to me was very thorough in communicating, taking my input, sticking to the sketches/3d renderings, and overall keeping me in the loop about the stages of the processes. If you’re as hesitant as I was at first, take the time and let the team get you a sketch. You won’t be disappointed!”
