“I came to CustomMade looking for a unique take on a concept drawing I made for a one of a kind engagement/wedding band set. The CustomMade team guided me through every step and were more than patient with me and my several changes throughout the designing process. Even through the little bumps in communication, the CustomMade team stepped up and ensured my vision would be made a reality. “I had an amazing experience with Custom Made. From the start of my project, they were extremely helpful and professional. I was able to design my now fiance ring and I even got to choose the diamond that I put in as the center stone! Overall it was a great experience and would definitely recommend Custom Made to anyone in the market for an engagement ring so long as you have time to design it. It also makes the ring mean so much more!”

“I could not be more impressed with this company! My husband lost his wedding band a few months ago. It was his late father's ring, so it was extra devastating to him. I decided I wanted to custom make a new ring, but I had never done anything like that before. I had an idea in my head and wanted to update the design a little, but still keep the essence of the original ring. I went to a couple of other places for estimates, but ultimately decided to give CustomMade a try. I was skeptical at first to use an online company, but I am so glad I did. Their pricing was competitive and the entire process was smooth and easy. The design team was amazing! It was like they jumped into my brain and pulled out the image I had in my head! When I showed the 3D renderings to my mother in law, she cried tears of joy as she remembered the lost ring her husband once wore. Throughout the entire process, the communication has been top notch. Responses were always prompt and my questions were always answered completely. When the photos of the final product were sent to me, I noticed a tiny spot that needed correcting. They immediately addressed it and within a couple of days, the ring arrived at my door, just in time for Christmas! The absolute joy on my husband's face when he opened the ring was a moment I will never forget. The ring is absolute perfection!! Thank you CustomMade for creating such a special piece.”

“Working with CustomMade was truly a 5-star experience. They treated me like a VIP client the entire time, whether working with the initial consultant, the gemologist, or the project manager who saw me through the end product. And the final product, the ring was GORGEOUS!!! I'm more traditional/classic in my ring taste, and my fiancee is wildly nontraditional in her tastes. With my inputs and CM's absolute mastery of the art of jewelry making, my fiancee was stunned with the final product. I am so happy with my choice to use CustomMade, and look forward to working with them for our wedding bands.”

“I cannot recommend Custom Made highly enough. They looked after me from start to finish and always liaising with me through every step. They are super friendly, helpful and always offered me alternatives to consider. I have told everyone about them so that Custom Made can look after them as well, as they have for me. The most impressive and important aspect for me was the detail of their work. I had no need to worry at all, as my piece turned out practically the same as the computer generated image prior to production, wow! I can only say thank you Custom Made and will certainly consider you guys first and foremost in the future. Michele”

“I became aware of CustomMade from my fiance, as he designed my dream engagement ring and band through this company. We decided, thanks to COVID, to have a symbolic ceremony prior to our legal wedding ceremony, and therefore another ring was needed! I had some ideas in mind and the team worked so well, efficiently, and effectively to bring my ideas and dreams into reality. “I'd like to start by saying my pictures don't really do it justice. That out of the way, though, and I have absolutely nothing bad to say here. CustomMade made it very easy to come up with a true one-of-a-kind ring, that she absolutely loved (and she did say yes, for the record lol). Pricing was comparable and a little better than what I had seen and been quoted at other places as well, arguably with better craftsmanship to boot. If you're not sure ahead of time, give them the chance, and I would be willing to promise that, like myself, you will wind up at ease, and know that you went the right direction with these fine folks.”

“The people at custom made were great to work with. There seemed to be a disconnect between information between stages of making and designing the ring so had to repeat some information but they were easy to work with and it did not cause any issues. And managed to get the ring to me earlier then expected. Over all the ring came out beautifully and my fiancée loves it.”
