“From start to finish CustomMade was absolutely stellar. I interacted with 3 different representatives over the course of the design process, each one as knowledgable and professional as they come. And the end result? Amazing? Spectacular? Honestly there isnt a word sufficient enough to describe it. 5 stars is not enough.”

“A fantastic and knowledgeable group of people to work with. The design time was a bit lengthy, but well worth the wait. The finished project is well worth the cost, in time and money. I especially enjoyed the amount of communication throughout the whole experience.”

“The entire process was very painless and the consultants were very helpful and knowledgeable through the entire process. They were willing to work with me and my admittedly tight timeline, and were able to deliver not only early, but an amazing product. I currently do not want to post pictures or videos as I have not proposed yet and don't want to reveal it yet!”

“Almost everyone that I have dealt with has been very helpful and professional in their approach. No one was “pushy”, which is something that I, personally, appreciate. My only negative point was that my ring came unfinished according to my plan. When I told them they quickly sent a label for return to fix their mistake; however, they would NOT send a pickup to my home and even though it was their mistake, I had to take the ring to the delivery service. I have received the finished ring and it is beautiful.”

“CustomMade made the entire process of finding the right engagement ring for me so much easier, because it didn't exist until we designed it and they created it. I was worried I'd have to go to a local jeweler to pick something pre-made from a rack. Everyone here was knowledgeable and courteous and so incredibly helpful that I can't imagine what others go through at a pre-made jeweler. From the drawing board to her finger, the entire experience was so effortless and amazing and they even used a stone from an heirloom ring in my design! Now I have a one-of-a-kind fiancé and she has a one-of-a-kind ring thats she's absolutely in love with!”

“I was extremely impressed and happy about my experience with CustomMade. From start to finish, my production and design consultants/team were super organized, supportive and engaged in my project. I was super impressed by how active the team was in responding and updating me about every step in the process. My team worked with me for about 3 months to perfect and bring my unique piece to life. Despite not knowing exactly what I wanted to begin with, they guided me through the process. It can be very hard sometimes to trust to do custom work via a website/ online but CustomMade made it very personalized and I felt very connected with the people working on my piece. They were very open to any changes I requested with my piece and overall just made me feel comfortable with the whole process each step of the way! I would recommend anyone interested in creating a unique and quality piece of jewelry to work with this team.”

“From start to finish, the process was flawless. Great communication between myself and the design staff. This ring is for our 40th anniversary and I had some specific requests. They listened and were able to craft a design that is everything I didn't even know I wanted. Not knowing how long this process would take, I started about 6 months out from our anniversary. 2 months later it is done and it is beautiful. Now I just have to keep it hidden for four more months. Thanks to everyone in sales , design, and production at CustomMade.com for making this beautiful ring, and making my life a little easier.”

“I had an idea for my BFF's 50th birthday that seemed an impossibility: custom cufflinks in his complex personal heraldry.
