“I wanted a necklace to commemorate where we scattered my daughter's ashes. I hesitated for months. I had no idea where to get this done. I searched online and found some solutions that just were not right. I had a vision of what I wanted. Then, I found CustomMade. At first, I thought this company was too good to be true. I read and reread the information about the process. I finally decided to take a chance. I was thrilled with the process, the communication and the final result. I highly recommend CustomMade!”

“My engagement ring is everything I dreamed of and more. Custom made worked with my fiance Jeremy to make his vision a reality and created the perfect unique ring that suited us perfectly. He wanted a nature theme that incorporated our birth stones and custom made was awesome with all the tiny details. It is sturdy, well made, and fits perfectly. I can't wait to wear the matching band, which is also beautiful and enhances the engagement ring perfectly. Very happy with custom made!”

“From start to finish the experience was nothing short of flawless. Was I a little apprehensive of using an online jewelry company but after reading the reviews my doubts were quickly gone. Communication is key in any business, and everyone I dealt with through the various stages of the design and build was on top of things. The ring turned out incredible, I met my Fiancee working on a medical helicopter so I wanted to make this ring one of a kind so the design team and I worked together and we were able to incorporate a helicopter in the ring. I have attached pictures. It is so subtle, yet perfect. The pictures show the design, but the ring is so perfect the pictures do not do it justice. The zoom level of the pictures shows the reflection of light, I first thought that it was blemished but trust me it is not. You will not be disappointed. I cannot recommend CustomMade enough. Simply put, Perfection!!”

“My 17 y/o daughter underwent a new scoliosis surgery in 2020. For her “spineversary” I wanted something unique and memorable. Just like the experience was for the two of us. We spent a month in New York in the middle of Covid, getting a surgery that only 3 doctors in the country performed. All so her back could still bend and move like normal. This experience deserved more than balloons and a cake. I had this idea to have her spine made into a pendant for her. The team at custom made took the X-rays and sent me several options. And each time, I made a different choice or backed up and went another direction it wasn’t an issue. They are patient, kind, communicative. My project felt like it was just as important to them as it was to me. And when I finally said it was perfect. They sent it right on thru and I had the pendants in 2 short weeks. The detail work is amazing. We have people ask us, “is that a spine?” That shows just how amazing. I would easily use custom made again.”

“I had previously commissioned a custom engraved pendant from another jeweler. The results were unacceptable. Then I found CustomMade... It is insufficient to say they exceeded every expectation. They produced the piece I had envisioned when no one else seemed able to even understand. My daughter now has a "new" family heirloom. Thank you Custom Made!”

“I spent a lot of time researching custom shops before settling on CustomMade. It took a leap of faith to put so much money down on such a new experience based only on reviews, but I am really glad I was willing to take the risk. The piece I received is astounding. The process was super smooth, transparent, and had great customer service throughout. The shipping was quick, and despite a short delay (2 days) in manufacturing, I got it exactly when promised at the start. I will be a repeat client, and if you're looking for a genuinely custom experience, these are the guys you're looking for.”

“I knew I didn't want a traditional college ring when I graduated and Custom Made put into fruition exactly what I envisioned for myself! Our relationship was built on blind trust from the moment I reached out to them. I never spoke to a live person, in fact, we messaged from the beginning everything I wanted in my ring. “The ring they helped design was beautiful. They took my inspiration for it and made it into something truly unique. I never felt like there was anything that I couldn’t change if I wanted to. The only downside is that my ring was delayed by 3 weeks. Meaning that it got there 3 days after my proposal date. My fiancé absolutely loves her ring!”

“I had a vague idea of what I wanted and CustomMade helped bring my ideas to life! They were extremely patient with me as my ideas changed and continued to create new designs until I was pleased. They stayed within my proposed budget and agreed to use a stone of sentimental value that I provided. CustomMade was extremely professional throughout the process and made me very comfortable with spending money with them. The end product is stunning. I can't wait to propose with this ring!”
