“Phenomenal experience from start to finish. The team was Dylan on getting me responses answering my questions and even getting the rendering out to me to review and approve. The overall ring is phenomenal as well I've been wearing it every day since I've gotten it and it does not have any signs of wear and tear all the gems are still in place and it definitely received compliments on the ring. I look forward to passing this down for generations to the Future children”

“This was an absolutely fantastic experience. The team at CustomMade was amazing, they ushered me thru the process explaining each step with clarity and detail. They were patient in designing my ring exactly as I envisioned it. We went thru many design iterations, and I never felt hurried or that there was an attempt to end the design phases until I was fully satisfied. The ring came out beautiful and the quality of the finished product was flawless. The final price ended up being a bit below the original quote. If you're thinking about having a custom piece of jewelry made, look no further. If in the future I decide to have another piece of custom jewelry made, I will for sure use CustomMade to design and create it. Highly recommended.”

“So, I wanted to have a ring made for my wife from a design I had rolling around in my mind for decades (We have been married since 1980). I had never been able to get her a ring until now because what I did for a living did not allow me to. Finally, I had enough money to be able to form all this sorrow and longing and imagination into a gift for my wife. I needed to find someone that could work with the design I had and create this ring. I emailed several custom Jewelry makers and for some strange reason, none of them got back to me. (interestingly they all got back to me after I had already decided to go with Custom Made). Then I came across custom Made online, and when I searched for reviews online there were only the reviews they had posted themselves. I was concerned that I might be throwing this money I had waited a lifetime to have a way to some internet scam artist. I was concerned that whoever Custom Made was, their people would not be able or willing to work with my design idea. I was concerned they might not be competitive in their pricing. So, I went forward, tentatively to see if they could make me feel more comfortable with their ring creation process. And I was wonderfully amazed from the get-go just how professional and satisfyingly communicative they were. And they remained communicative all through the extensive back and forth design process. They would get my design idea and suggest a few designs. I would say I liked this in design number one, and that in design number two. I don't like that at all. And they were champions at working with my feedback and input. And their way of scheduling payment from you only incrementally (in three stages, beginning at first with a small payment when I was ready to go ahead with the design process and then half down when I had finally approved a design for them to make a mold from, and then the last payment only when they had made the ring and were about to ship it-they had pictures I could see to verify I was getting what I thought I was getting. The ring came very fast to my house and I was even more impressed by its beauty when I saw it live on my wife's hand than I was with the pictures of it. I am so very thankful I found this company. I am immensely pleased with their entire way of serving the custom jewelry needs of their customers. And my wife loves it.”

“They took my vague ideas and helped me create a unique ring. I got to pick out my own stone and make changes along the way. Everyone who helped me through the design process was attentive, quick to respond, and gave me even more information than I could ask for. I expect to use their service again for the wedding ring.”

“The whole experience was great. Excellent communication along the way and the product was SO perfect! Good quality and happy customers!! We had a necklace made for my mother-in-law's 70th birthday. The kids call her "Bunny", and the gems are their birthstone colors. Turned out beautifully. My only complaint is my fault. I do wish I would have gotten bigger gems in it, but that was zero fault on custom.”

The design team was very patient and helpful and in the end, the finished product was so much more perfect than I ever imagined. The smile on my daughter's face when she opened it was priceless.
