“I became aware of CustomMade from my fiance, as he designed my dream engagement ring and band through this company. We decided, thanks to COVID, to have a symbolic ceremony prior to our legal wedding ceremony, and therefore another ring was needed! I had some ideas in mind and the team worked so well, efficiently, and effectively to bring my ideas and dreams into reality. It is the most perfect ring and everyone was so kind and patient with all my questions! I highly recommend CustomMade to any and everyone!”

“I'd like to start by saying my pictures don't really do it justice. That out of the way, though, and I have absolutely nothing bad to say here. CustomMade made it very easy to come up with a true one-of-a-kind ring, that she absolutely loved (and she did say yes, for the record lol). Pricing was comparable and a little better than what I had seen and been quoted at other places as well, arguably with better craftsmanship to boot. If you're not sure ahead of time, give them the chance, and I would be willing to promise that, like myself, you will wind up at ease, and know that you went the right direction with these fine folks.”

“The people at custom made were great to work with. There seemed to be a disconnect between information between stages of making and designing the ring so had to repeat some information but they were easy to work with and it did not cause any issues. And managed to get the ring to me earlier then expected. Over all the ring came out beautifully and my fiancée loves it.”

“I usually don’t write reviews but I will for custom made because they did an absolutely fantastic job on my custom ring that we had designed together. My girlfriend grows dahlias so the made me a rose gold dahlia ring with diamonds. And it was just the greatest purchase I’ve ever made. They were so good at designing and helping me through the whole process. They were amazing at communicating and keeping me up to date on the whole process! My now fiancé is absolutely in love with the ring and even more so with me than she ever has been because I was able to ask her with the ring of her dreams!”

“So like everyone looking for a review of Custom Made. I was like "is this real? Are they gonna take my money and run?" Trust me i know there's at least one person wondering lol. But no rest assured custom made is providing an amazing jewelry service to those who are looking to add some real thought into pieces. From concept to design to final product, my team was excellent. Always had my back and whenever i needed something done or updated, they did it. I would definitely buy from them again.”

“Everyone who I worked with throughout this process was processional and very responsive. We weren’t happy with the first ring they made for us so they decided to remake it at no cost. Great customer service.”

“I can’t say enough good things about Custom Made. They walked me through every step of designing the perfect ring for me, and my needs/wants. I have a nickel allergy and was already convinced I would have to buy something sterling silver (and not be 100% happy) but they offered me a nickel free white gold alloy that made all my dreams come true.”

“I was at first very skeptical about using a completely online jeweler to make my engagement ring. However I will now be coming back time and time again. From the initial consultation and watching my idea come to life through their artists and jewelers was amazing. They kept me very informed the whole and made it extremely easy and the piece that was made came out perfect and my wife loved it. This ring was for our 20 year anniversary after her initial engagement ring was stolen from our house years ago. I can’t speak highly enough about the move but I will definitely be coming back for everything I need from this point on”
