“I had always wanted to have a signet ring to pass down as a family heirloom. CustomMade made that dream possible. In every way they were both professional and incredibly helpful throughout the design and manufacturing of the ring. One day, I hope to pass the ring down to my grandchildren. I am very glad I decided to partner with CustomMade for this project. It was worth every penny and I intend to use them again.”

“Recently I had a custom ring made to commemorate my military service. It involved a rank insignia on the face along with some engraving. The process was fantastic. I was able to choose my style, metal, and all the details. The best part was before I made the purchase they sent me photographic quality mock-ups of the ring so that I could see exactly what I was getting. I wouldn't call this a bargain option but as this is a lifetime purchase and will be an heirloom for one of my sons, it is worth every penny. I would certainly recommend this to anyone looking to get custom jewelry cast in precious metal.”

“I'm very glad I chose CustomMade.com to create my pendant. I hadn't seen anything quite like it in stores and knew that I'd had to create one from scratch. Shopping online isn't always easy and you never know what the end result will look like. The extreme professionalism of CustomMade.com was a great reward for my faith and the end product looked exactly like I'd hoped. “The team is amazing! They are communicative with you the entire way. They make different suggestions to you throughout the process of creating your piece and they even accept outside designs and are willing to adapt them into something that works. They are determined to create a piece you’ll love. Everyone is professional and stays in touch, while respecting any time you may need to think about the piece or come up with payment. I would definitely use them again for future custom made pieces and the prices are so worth the product. I am truly amazing and very grateful for my custom made piece as well as my experience throughout the entire process.”

“First of all, thank you so much for all your help! We love the rings. They turned out better than we ever could have imagined! My fiancee loved her ring and our wedding rings are unbelievably beautiful. We just want to mention that in our opinion there was quite a difference between the final drawings of the rings and the 3D models, and that worried us a lot until we got the finished product. “The total experience was amazing. Everything was done on line, and to perfection. When I was told I would receive updates on a certain date it was on that exact date. Everything step and interaction was done professionally and I am beyond happy with my ring. I’ll buy another one for my son when he graduates from our electrical apprenticeship next May:)”

The level of service provided felt like I was designing the ring with friends rather than strangers! “We had a great experience working with Custom Made. They were very responsive to all the edits we requested on my wife's ring for our 20th Anniversary. We changed the design of the ring several times and they truly did not want to start making the ring until it was exactly what we wanted. They made the process easy. It took time, but that was ok because we wanted to get it right. I would recommend them to anyone who wants to make their own ring/rings.”

“I am a member of a charitable organization, and I currently hold a State President position. While most Presidents leave office and receive something such as a bust or other ornamental items, I wanted something different. The only jewelry I wear is a ring, and so I thought maybe I can get a ring made with my emblem for my term. So, I found Custom Made and went from there. It was so easy to work with them. They checked in and updated many times, as well as gave their opinion as to what would work and what might not work, which was greatly appreciated. I received my ring, and I couldn't be happier. The emblem means something to me, and it is a beautiful way to remember my time in office.”
